2022 June 2022 DCCCuk’s Special Celebration for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee – Wednesday 1st June – Sunday 5th June 2022 .– DCCCN, DCCCM & WDC will be gained together to merge one event this month June 2022 at Hill Farm .....Caravan and Camping, Barrow Upon Trent, Derbyshire. (The 2022 May Bank Holiday will be moved to Thursday 2nd June 2022, and an additional Bank Holiday will be added on Friday 3rd June 2022, to create an extra-long weekend for the Queen’s 70th anniversary as monarch will be celebrated to mark the occasion will take place in early June 2022 with an extensive programme of events planned to reflect the Queen’s reign and her impact on the UK and world since 1952.)

2021 DCCCuk Annual Holiday & AGM Lymington Habour The historic town of Lymington offers plenty for the visitor to the New Forest, and this colourful coastal town is an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history. DCCCuk Annual Holiday & AGM 2021* It will be held at Lymington in the New Forest District of Hampshire. (The organisation event at the site is run by Hampshire DA.) *Please note The 2021 AGM will be integrated with the DCCCuk Annual Holiday as only temporised due the Covid-19 period at Lymington, New Forest District of Hampshire. Along with the static line-up, the engines also take to the main arena each day to showcase history in all its glory, a fantastic sight to see! DCCCM Rally No.03 – Haughton, Staffordshire Red Lion Campsite Local amenities include butchers, hairdressers and general convenience/newsagents store, and we have two village pubs, both within walking distance The Bell and The Shropshire Inn. Ice Cream from at the Campsite The ice cream is made on the farm by us using the milk from our own herd of Jersey cows. Still using the recipe we were given over 30 years ago we are now producing over 100 flavours throughout the seasons. The Owl Sanctuary Here on the farm is a Birds of Prey rescue centre. Their aim is to rescue and rehabilitate sick and injured birds and where possible return them back to the wild. WDC Rally No.03 – Bexhill-on-Sea Cobbs Hill Farm Caravan & Camping Park Whether you just want to stay at the park and relax, or go off and explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and surrounding areas. Taking some relaxing stroll with your family along the quiet beach resort of Bexhill-on-Sea. Friday 9th – Sunday 11th July 2020 / Fri 9th – Fri 16th July 2021 Relaxing Summer Weekend with plenty of interesting local attractions to visit, or you can stay longer up to one week till Friday 16th July 2021. For those interested in history there are many places to visit :- Battle only 5 miles away which was built on the very site of the famous battle of 1066 and plenty of castles and gardens such as Bodiam and Herstmonceux. Eastbourne is only 12 miles away with its famous Beachy Head and some lovely walks along the Seven Sisters and across the South Downs. In Hastings, 5 miles away, is a more modern seaside resort with ample for the young to do. Campsite Facilities :- A well maintained toilet block, laundry and wash room is well situated on the park and showers are available in the male, female and family rooms. All showers are FREE. The reception and small shop is situated at the entrance to the park which is open daily throughout the season from 8am to 8pm. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times on the Park, large exercise fields are available. Barbeques are allowed but strictly no burning of wood or open fires. Costs :- £21.00 for caravan or motorhome including two adults and electric hook-up. £25.00 for tent including two adults and electric hook-up. Extra £2.00 for awning / gazebos.
