A HALL FOR CULTURE! Since twelve years, the CULTURE LOUNGE once again offers ideal conditions for exhibitors to present current culture projects, upcoming exhibitions and new cultural tourism destinations to the industry and media, but also to customers. The well-proven module system offers an individual setting in line with every exhibitor’s budget. The platform is organised by Bonn-based projekt2508 GmbH and is official cultural partner of the ITB. In the year 2019, it will be once again located in the hall of Culture (Hall 16). ITB BERLIN The International Travel Trade Show (ITB) Berlin is the leading trade show for the international tourism industry. For more than 50 years now, the show has been catering to trade professionals and individual visitors, it has been meeting point for the trade, market place and source of inspiration. Visitors to the ITB rank the cultural tourism segment second on their popularity scale. The CULTURE LOUNGE offers you a perfect platform for a successful presentation of your cultural events and projects. According to the German Tourist Board’s (DZT) figures, about 33% of the total turnover in German tourism are earned with culture-oriented vacations and city trips. And yet, the enormous potential of the growing successful cooperation between culture and tourism partners is far from being fully tapped.
