Majority of the graduates of Arugaan who are now in pre‐schools, elementary and high schools are top honor students. They were transformed as multi‐intelligent and caring young leaders.
Enrolling their children in Arugaan crèche center means worry free, less absenteeism due to child care support resulting to happy parents. Enormous economic savings.
Children’s pure energies enlightened the work environment and people’s disposition at the workplace. During break time, some employees interact with the Arugaan kids who consequently cushioned their stress at work.

Co‐CONTRIBUTIONS Proposed Basic Cost: y for every PIA employee’s child enrollee will pay a subsidized P700.00 monthly y PIA management subsidy culled from gender and dev’t funds will shoulder P25,000.00 monthly for 12 children (babies and toddlers) y outsider enrollee will pay a regular P4,000.00 monthly y to cover the following operational costs: y staff honoraria for 18 babies and toddlers: 1 child educator, 5 trained caregivers and 1 roving aide = P37,000.00 y natural indigenous foods, learning materials and supplies = P5,000.00 y Basic total monthly expenses = P 42,000.00 y 36 is the maximum number of babies and toddlers that the present PIA daycare center/crèche can accommodate (Reference index : US $1.00=P43.00)
Co‐CONTRIBUTIONS Arugaan’s value added contributions: y Management fees will be culled from outsider enrollees’ fees y Free seminars to parents and public – twice a year y Arugaan’s crèche/daycare learning materials, paraphernalia and structured duyans/ native cribs (available) Fund raising activities: y Concerts y Private contributors (no conflicts of interest) y Project proposals on ECCD PIA‐Arugaan value added features: y Role model ECCD daycare at the workplace “Mother‐baby friendly” y Source of livelihood for mothers as future staff in nurturing care y Hands‐on training center on life skills
