Cozy winter time Winter time is fondue time, as those familiar with the area know. This year we have something very special planned for you: in November we are opening the KuckucksStüble in Hofgut Sternen. Rustic, cozy and also a little romantic - you can enjoy delicious fondue specialities on the weekends by the light and warmth of a wood burning stove. Of course, the KuckucksStüble is also the perfect place for your Christmas party with colleagues or friends. Christmas parties If you want to get into the Christmas spirit with your friends or work colleagues, then you‘ve come to the right place - either with a fondue in a cozy chalet at- mosphere in the new KuckucksStüble, a tasty buffet in the MarktScheune or a festive menu in the hotel restaurant. A small preview of our offers… Black Forest Buffet Black Forest ham, blood and liver sausage, Landjäger (spicy smoked sausage), brawn in aspic jelly, Kirschwasser salami, Zwiebelmett (minced pork with raw chopped onion), smoked trout fillet accompanied by crispy wood oven and farmhouse bread, onion baguette, tasty butter varieties and seasonal home-made salads � soup with Kaiserstühler potatoes � delicate Schäufele (roast shoulder of pork) with black beer sauce, Riesling herb and parsley potatoes � hearty Swabian herb ravioli with country bacon � Dessert: delicate yoghurt mousse with mint sauce and forest berry compote € 36.- per person

Our suggestion: this year as usual a romantic Christmas market will be held during the 4 advent weekends (Friday to Sunday) in the Ravennaschlucht directly behind the hotel. In a dreamlike ambience under the Ra- venna Bridge, bathed in a unique sea of lights, the suppliers inspire with their finest arts and crafts, traditional gift ideas and regional products with Christmas music playing in the background.

Here you can enjoy a spicy Hofgut-Punch and the Christmas fairy-lights of the Hofgut Sternen from afar! from 6:00 p.m.: „Kitchen party – you always wanted to know what it’s like in an hotel kitchen? Come along and we’ll show you! 30.12.2018 – Gourmet evening 5:00 p.m.: wine-tasting in the Ravenna Cellar: Noble wines from Baden – a nearby wine-growing area, fa- mous beyond its borders from 6:00 p.m.: 4-course evening meal 31.12.2018 – New Year’s Eve The passing of the old year in the Hofgut Sternen – the ideal place to start the new! from 7:00 p.m.: welcome cocktail 7:30 p.m.: we start off with a soup made with sparkling wine from Baden and then we move on to our Gala buffet At midnight: enjoy a bonfire with midnight punch in front of the hotel and then let’s dance into the New Year with live music. 01.01.2019 - New Year’s Day 7:00 a.m. – noon: again we are happy to serve “The morning after the night before”-breakfast – enjoy!
