    FREE STAFF
    For every 18 traveller, one member of staff gets tour for free.

    •   Prices valid for a minimum of 25 people.
    •   If staff/family members want single room occupancy: add $50/night to their
        costs ($400 total).
    •   All prices are in USD and valid for 30 days.

SAN JOSE - 4 STAR HOTEL: HOLIDAY IN ESCAZU (or similar)

Located in plaza tempo, one of the trendiest areas in San José with a great gastronomic market,
this hotel is the perfect place for the beginning and end to your trip. The Holiday Inn also has
direct access to the highway that will take us to the 1st soccer game and to the beach.

VOLCAN ARENAL - 4 STAR HOTEL: TILAJARI HOTEL (or similar)

This hotel will offer team bonding, strong training sessions and a place to relax. The hotel has 2
soccer fields, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, a gym and semi-olympic pool.

PUNTA LEONA - ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL: HOTEL PUNTA LEONA
SELVAMAR (or similar)

Two nights at one of the most beau:ful beaches in the Pacific coast. An all-inclusive hotel
which will offer a relaxing environment for the team.

CA N C E L L AT I O N &
                   REFUND POLICIES

Total cancellation of the group or of one or several participants:

Cancela:ons processed 120 days prior to departure are fully refundable. The client
acknowledges and accepts herby that, in the event of cancella:ons 120-60 days
prior to departure 50% of the amounts paid so far will be kept by FC Tours, and
cancella:ons made within 60 days prior to departure, all amounts paid so far will be
kept with FC Tours.

In case of cancela:on due to a pandemic, natural disaster, or an event beyond FC
Tour’s control, the money for the tour will be hold as credit for a future trip.

Final participant list procedures:

• 30 days prior to the group’s arrival, the team will send FC Tours complete and
   comprehensive documenta:on of the par:cipants of the trip: flight manifest,
   rooming list, excursion sign-ups, number of par:cipants for games and trainings,
   and any dietary restric:ons for the par:cipants.

*We reserve the right to cancel this tour. In such case, the en:re payments will be refunded.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A waiver to be signed by each par:cipant will be sent to the team once an
agreement has been reached for this tour. A signed waiver is mandatory for every
par:cipant of this tour. FC Tours reserves the right to cancel a par:cipant’s trip with
no refund if they do not sign the waiver.
