Corporate Tournament Information Package The Winston Golf Club is a championship 18-hole golf course playing between 5,401 to 7,037 yards from four sets of tees. A redesign of the course was completed by renowned golf architect Les Furber in 1992 and features beautiful mature trees, water hazards and many well-placed sand and grass bunkers. The golf club is an oasis just minutes away from the heart of the city and is easily accessible from Deerfoot Trail.

Package Details: • Banquet meals: Buffet meals have been customized for each package and options to upgrade or add a second meal are always available, see remaining package for details • Scoring and prize presentation: Electronic score keeping complete with scoreboard displaying sponsor logos, guest names, hole contests and scores • Personalized cart plates and score cards: Cart staging with sponsor logos, player names, and scorecards • Player gifts and prizes: $20 per player allowance for gift certificates, tee gifts or prizes from the golf shop • Course set up: Includes hole competition preparation with tournament and sponsor logos, registration set up, banquet room for pre/post round meal(s) including prizing and silent auction tables, on-course set up for up to 4 sponsor holes including bringing down tents, tables and chairs. Additional sponsorship holes can be set up for an additional fee of $50 per hole. • Hole-in-One insurance: For each of our four par 3’s. Have our PGA of Canada professionals entertain your group and provide valuable tips before the round. • “Beat the Pro” fundraising hole. • Customized tee gifts for your participants. The Winston Golf Club will have our snack shack available during the event between the 9th and 10th holes, as well as beverage cart(s) operating on the course during the tournament. We offer a variety of options for tournaments looking to offer on course food during the event. Tournaments and/or sponsors for a tournament are able to have food holes set-up on the golf course to a maximum of four (4) food holes. Food holes and pricing include a On Course Options staff attendant, and must be purchased from The Winston. Outside catering and barbeques are permitted with approval and a $100 corkage fee per vendor. Other hole choices could also be holes 6, 12, and 17.
Beverages In following the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission laws, The Winston Golf Club allows a maximum of 2 sponsored alcoholic beverage holes for each nine holes and a licensed golf course staff member must be the server for all alcoholic products. Drink hole beverage pricing: Proserve certified staff attendant included in pricing. Bar Options HOST BAR is an arrangement where the Domestic Beer (355ml) $7.50 company or individual(s) hosting the function Coolers (355ml) $7.75 pays for all the guests beverages. Caesars (355ml) $8.00 CASH BAR is when each guest is responsible Hi-Balls (1oz.) $7.50 for the purchase of their own beverages.
