No matter what culture, everywhere around the world people get together to eat’ – Guy Fieri Corporate events at Nomadic. are about getting away from the everyday stress of city life to enjoy the serenity, surroundings, and sumptuous food that we offer in a COVID safe outdoor environment within close commuting distance of London. Our events take place in an unspoiled and awe-inspiring setting, an opportunity for members of your team to reconnect, draw inspiration from your surroundings and rediscover your creativity. Working alongside our resident chef Nomadic will create a multisensory feast based on the provenance of local ingredients available to us.
Our Story.. ‘Happiness is only real when shared’ – Chris McCandles We began hosting our woodland feasts in May 2018 as a natural alternative to the formulaic dining experience. We found an abandoned clearing in the forest and located a craftsman to create a huge table out of a fallen tree which our friends and family dined around and invited a local chef who scoured the land for wild ingredients and gathered fallen wood to cook over. Gazing up at our woodland surroundings and feeling a part of nature we each agreed was a magical experience. Our aim as a business is to use food and nature to reconnect our guests with the world around them. Our restaurant without walls has no boundaries. Food is a universal language and through it we aim to tell the story of our woodland through the dishes we serve you.
Signature Experience.. ‘Life on this earth, with all its mystery and beauty and pain, is then to be lived far more intensely’ – Christopher Hitchens Our aim is to use food and nature to reconnect your team with the nature which we are each a part of. Your day begins in a woodland clearing with a canape & wild welcome cocktail crafted from botanicals After you have settled in enjoy a guided tour of our estate from our resident forager where you and your team will learn about and sample the incredible wild produce growing amongst the hedgerows, in the field and forest then settle down for a seasonally inspired multisensory feast by your own private chef cooked over open fire using wood harvested from our trees. After your meal cosy up by the fire to toast marshmallows and enjoy handpicked herbal teas.
Other Experiences.. Cooking Over Fire Workshop – Learn how to master the art of cooking over fire with a 4 hour interactive workshop with acclaimed resident chef Rauridh Emslie and enjoy some delicious Drambuie cocktails after. Brand Launches/Activations – If you are launching a new product and need an awe inspiring setting to showcase it to the world our woodland could be the perfect fit. We curated an alpine inspired menu for Leading Hotels of The World to help bring four of their hotels to life. We even arranged an alphorn band! Supplements – Whatever experience you choose we have a range of add ons to suit your taste from company branded cocktails to live music performances. Each of our clients are different meaning that each of our events are tailor made to suit each companies requirements.

Afternoon 11:30-12:00: Arrivals welcome woodland cocktail and canapes with chef introduction and briefing 12:00–13:00: Guided foraged tour of the estate 13:00-14:30: Feast over Fire served to guests 14:30-15:00: After dinner cocktails, toasted marshmallows, handpicked herbal teas and coffees by the Sauna Bar 15:00: Guests departure Evening 17:30-18:00: Arrivals. Welcome woodland cocktail and canapes with chef introduction and briefing 18:00-19:00 : Guided foraged tour of the estate 19:00-20:30: Feast over Fire served to guests 20:30-21:00: After dinner cocktails, toasted marshmallows, handpicked herbal teas and coffees by the Sauna Bar 21:00: Guests departure
Drinks.. ‘Almost anything can be preserved in alcohol, except health, happiness, and money.’ – Ancient Proverb Working alongside Award Winning mixologists we can build your own range of prebatched company branded cocktails. (subject to minimum order quantity) Our house Red, White and Rosé Wines are chosen based on our seasonal menu. We supply great craft beers & ciders from local suppliers. If you have any specific requests please let us know in advance and we will look to accommodate your request. Additional drinks can be purchased onsite and paid upon consumption.

Terms and Conditions.. Booking A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking consisting of the hire fee and minimum drinks spend. A further payment instalment for the tickets per person will be required by no later than one month prior to your visit. Postponing If you wish to voluntarily reschedule your booking to a later date up to one month prior to your booking you may do so at no additional cost. If you wish to voluntarily postpone your booking within one month of your booking date you will forfeit your initial booking deposit. In the event of a national lockdown or force majeure we will reschedule the event to a pre-agreed date for you at no additional cost. Please note we will be unable to reschedule the event in either of the following circumstances: a. Some attendees cannot attend due to localised lockdowns b. Our capacity is restricted by Government Legislation. In this instance we will charge you a cost per cover for the final number of guests based on said restrictions. Cancelling All bookings are final & non refundable. Should you wish to cancel your booking with us we will retain your original deposit less the drinks spend. We reserve the right to cancel an Event for any reason; this includes, amongst others, dangerous weather, safety issues, unforeseen circumstances. In the highly unlikely event we have to cancel we aim to give you as much notice as possible in an event of a cancellation. CONFIDENTIAL

What’s included in the price? - Welcome cocktails sourced using local botanicals -Canapes -A 45 minute guided foraged tour of our hidden woodland - Feast cooked over fire in a hidden woodland clearing by private chef -Toasted marshmallows with handpicked herbal teas. Where are you based? We are based in Chalfont St Giles just outside London and the woodland is easily accessible. Chalfont & Latimer station is approximately 5 minutes taxi commute from our wood and takes approximately 45 minutes from Baker Street or 30 minutes from Marylebone. Frequently Asked Questions.. One of my team has a specific dietary requirement. Will you be able to accommodate them? We can accommodate most dietary requirements provided we are given sufficient notice. Due to the nature of our open woodland, we cannot guarantee airborne allergens and traces may be present. What happens when it rains? We have plenty of rain cover. This is England after all! Is alcohol included in the price? Can I bring my own? Unfortunately, we do not allow any alcohol brought on site. We do however have a woodland bar serving a variety of refreshments which can be ordered in advance or paid for on the day. Is there parking nearby? There is available parking in our woodland. Please note our management will not be held responsible for any damage to guests vehicles or their contents during your time with us.
