FB Community Multi-Sport Facility Grande Opening A super social family time on the banks of the sports field with players who didn’t want to leave the crisp, new arena. Much fun had in every single one of our friendly team games of hockey, netball and soccer. Hysterical sportsmanship as we pulled some teen boys in to play in a girls netball team, and then our young girls showed the boys exactly how to play soccer. Possibly the biggest challenge was keeping the mom’s and dad’s from hogging the field - I can’t quite decide who had the most fun. Thank you Featherbrooke, that was brilliant! A very special word of thanks to Gina Gerber who kindly co-ordinated all the teams for the day. That task was certainly no small feat. Deep appreciation for your time and involvement, Gina!
