Food for Futures
YWCA Australia is an organisation that achieves positive change by providing advocacy,
programs and services for women, families and young people in Australia. Operating within a
feminist and social justice framework, YWCA Australia’s vision is that all women, young
women and girls are safe and respected, with equal access to power, opportunity and COCKTAIL PLATTERS
resources. YWCA Australia’s purpose is to be a strong, unified, national feminist organisation
of women, young women and girls, working to achieve gender equality.
YWCA Australia has expertise in providing community services to young people, women and
families including domestic and family violence programs, youth diversion, youth transitional
housing, youth crisis accommodation, women’s prison programs, medical accommodation,

YWCA Australia. Barbara James House is an easily accessible meeting venue with free parking and disabled access and
facilities. Barbara James House is a non-smoking and alcohol-free facility.
