This is a new era in commercial car washing. Conveyor car wash
tunnel systems, like that proposed for the Development Property,
dominated the car wash service industry in 2017.1

Rising Canadian per capita disposable income has fueled demand
for discretionary consumer services such as car washes. An
increase in demand from other vital downstream markets has also
boosted revenue for industry operators.2
