Sondes Place, a striking mansion originally built by Thomas
Cubitt in 1850, commands an elevated position overlooking
Box Hill and the North Downs.

Until recently, the building was a shadow of its former
Georgian glory; over the past three years, Twist Homes have
carefully and sympathetically restored Sondes Place with
the utmost attention to detail.

The six new remarkable properties – including five apartments
