City of Chaska parkrun Saturday, September 7 9:00 a.m. Have you heard of parkrun? The FREE, weekly timed event that takes place every Saturday morning in over 1,800 parks around the world! We're looking for some people to help us bring parkrun to Chaska. J POLICIES Class Registration Refund Policy Refunds will be granted as follows: • All refunds must be requested 5 business days prior to the first day of the scheduled class. • If a participant cancels less than 5 working days prior to the first class or after an activity has started, a prorated refund will be granted ONLY for medical or unavoidable circumstances (i.e. move out of town, death in family) or if the spot can be filled by another participant. No refund after 50% of class is completed. • If the Chaska Parks and Recreation Department cancels or reschedules an activity due to low enrollment, a full refund will be granted. • Withdrawals/transfers accepted by calling (952) 448-3176. ADAPTIVE PROGRAMS & INCLUSION SUPPORT ADAPTIVE ADVENTURES Ages 6 years and older Adapted play is always an adventure! Each week, half the gym with be dedicated to a sport! Baseball, football, kickball, floor hockey and pickleball are all on the schedule. This is a great opportunity to try a new sport! In addition, there will be exercise stations that will focus on balance, core strength and flexibility. Visual cues will be available to navigate through each activity. The climbing wall, slides and basketball hoops will be available for use after these structured activities. Additional staff support (1:3 ratio) will be available to help create the best play experience possible. A responsible adult, parent or PCA is not required to be present during this program. Instructor: Tonya Andruskiewicz, Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in working with individuals with disabilities. **If the participant requires 1:1 support, an adult or PCA must stay with the participant.** ADAPTIVE GYM Fridays are more fun with friends!
