Kids • Face to Face Third Grade Academy with College for Kids Third Grade Academy courses are taught and designed by TCAPS teacher, Jackie Stremlow-Hansen, and aligned with learning benchmarks for students entering third grade in fall 2021. These full-day classes model a school day, but are organized around fun themes and full of hands-on activities blended with academic content. Stu- dents practice learning concepts including skip counting (to prepare for multiplication); review addition, subtrac- tion and science concepts; and practice writing connec- tions and personal narratives.
