little town,” Early remarked. “We felt like Narrowsburg,

  As cocktail connoisseurs Early and Miller knew
they wanted to craft a perfect drink menu. They put
a lot of time into the cocktails using freshly squeezed
juice and making their own syrups.
  “Instead of treating it like a college bar, it’s taking a
chef-like approach to cocktails,” Miller said. “Where
you’re using good ingredients, you’re understanding
what your ingredients are; it’s not just something
that’s super sweet.”

                                                place I’ve ever lived and we want the
                                                programming to be as diverse as the
                                                people [who live] here.”
                                                  The arts center was established in
                                                2016 through partnerships with the
                                                Center for Discovery, the community,
                                                and local philanthropic organizations
                                                and became a separate 501(c)(3) non-
                                                profit in February 2020.
                                                  The sprawling building houses a cin-
                                                ema, ballroom event space, dance stu-
                                                dios, yoga studio and gallery and is an
                                                independent community-supported or-
                                                ganization.
