FRESH MEXICAN BUFFET
PRICING: $15.95 pp (20-99 guests) • $14.50 pp (100+ guests)
DELIVERY FEE: $1.50 per mile driven (there + back).
STAFFING FEE: $2.00 pp (recommended for groups of 80+).
OPERATING FEE: 20% of total (including Staffing and Delivery Fees).
Prices include equipment and disposables (buffet tables, plain white linen tablecloths, chafing dishes,
coolers, serviceware, paper plates, napkins and plasticware).

Mucho Gusto’s Fresh Mexican Buffet is the perfect choice for casual,
semi-formal and formal events. This is a full service catering product. Simply place
your order and we do all the work, including delivery, setup and post-event breakdown.

If you would prefer to pick-up your order of 10+ boxes, then you will not be charged the
Delivery Fee and the Operating Fee will be reduced to 12% of the total.

pico de gallo and lime-cilantro sour cream. All you need to do is pick a tortilla and protein.
