Let our staff help you create an ambience of romance in our pristine mountain setting. From country BBQs to catered buffets, our wedding team can help create the day you’ve always imagined. The menus presented in this package are a sample of what Castle Mountain Resort can offer. We are happy to work with you to create a menu to fit your wedding. Castle Mountain is the most beautiful setting to celebrate the beginning of your marriage. With majestic Rocky Mountains and its natural beauty your breath will be simply taken away. Wedding Package Details
Lodge Upstairs Rental: $500 per day
Plus $3 per person on the day of your event
Miniumum Guest Count: 100 guests
(Weddings under 100 guests can be quoted directly with our staff)
Maximum Occupancy: 350 guests
Lodge Rental includes:
Access to the lodge from 12pm – 1am on your wedding day
Set-up and tear down of the reception area, including place settings
Tables, chairs, china, glassware and silverware
Head table on risers with white table skirting
Draped accessory table for cake cutting, gifts and guest registry
Dance floor and stage
Sound for the MC, ipod hook up available for dinner
Paper lanterns over the dance floor
Optional Extras available at an additional cost:

Set up of sound system at ceremony site
Rental of the lodge for decorating the day before or breakfast the day after $500 (9am-5pm)
or Half Day $250 (9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm)
All rentals, room, equipment etc are based on per day basis. Pricing does not include GST.

Dinner Buffet Minimum 100 Guests (prices are per person) All dinner buffets are served with artisian dinner buns and your choice of two salads and two side dishes For groups of over 150 you have the option to choose two main course selections. The Menu price will be based on the higher price of the two items. Dinner pricing includes china plates, flatware, water glasses and buffet presentation. Prices do not include GST or 15% Gratuity, all pricing is non-negotiable. Bar Selection
Our basic bar includes rye, vodka, white and dark rum, gin, scotch, domestic beer, a limited shooter list
and house wine. A complete wine listing, premium spirits, imports and bottles of sparkling wine are
available upon request. Please refer to the wine list for additional bottled wine options.

Wedding Catering Policies Menu/Bar Policies CMR requires food choices to be made 3 months prior to the wedding, along with an approximate number of guests. Final guest numbers are required 10 days prior. All food, beverages and liquor must be provided by Castle Mountain Resort, we respectfully decline any corkage events. No outside liquor or food products are allowed to be brought into the premises with the exception of the wedding cake. CMR accepts no liability for damage, set-up, care or repair of the wedding cake. Absolutely no outside food or drinks before, during set up, during or after clean up of the function. Any special requests including food allergies must be made 2 weeks prior to your event to avoid disappointment. Staffing CMR’s event coordinator will be available for one meeting before your event, at this time the event a contract will be reviewed and signed. CMR performs normal cleaning during and after a function. Any damage to CMR property or excessive cleaning will be included in the cost of the final invoice. General Policies All decorations much be pre approved by the event coordinator All decorations must be set up and taken down on the day of your rental Absolutely no popcorn or confetti of any type All rental equipment must be pre booked at least 2 weeks before your event In respect to our alpine environment, fireworks and firecrackers are not permitted A final guest count is required 10 days before your wedding Events on statutory holiday weekends are subject to an additional 15% on all food items In order to comply with public health regulations, removal of remaining food by guests is prohibited and cannot be packaged to take away at the end of the evening All pricing is subject to GST, all food and liquor is subject to a 15% gratuity, pricing is non-negotiable Payment A nonrefundable deposit of $500 is required to confirm our catering services, your room rental and date. Three months prior to the event, a 50% payment of services for the function is required based on the initial quote, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation by client. Menu prices can vary due to market value fluctuations, prices are only guaranteed after the 50% deposit has been paid or 3 months prior to your event Final and complete payment is due the day of the function The final billing number will be based on either the final number given or the actual count that day, whichever is greater A 15% gratuity will be included on the final invoice Payment can be made with cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard Interest will be applied to outstanding balances Castle Mountain Resort, Our Mountain…..
