Kilkenny/Carlow Division was officially opened by Chief Superintendent Dominic Hayes on March 21st 2018. This is an expansion of the Kilkenny/ Carlow Divisional Garda Victim Service Office established in 2015 and will increase engagement between Gardaí and the community in the area.
