Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast Summer Camps and Events Information Experiences for Every Girl What will she choose to do this summer? General At Girl Scouts, girls find a safe space where they are free Take some time to check out our summer camp and event to be themselves. Surrounded by the support of their options with her by your side. Then head over to counselors and friends, girls will try new things, develop gswise.org to learn more and sign her up. a range of skills, take on leadership roles, and get to be themselves. They will fail at something, be encouraged to Day Camp by Community try again, and possibly fail one more time. But the lesson will be in trying again, when they learn not to give up. Run by volunteers, led by teens, these day camps last five days and are held in communities all over southeastern Wisconsin. Girl Scouting is a community unlike any other. Camp directors are volunteers and are trained in leadership development, emergency procedures, outdoor skills, and much more. They are from your community and spend the whole year training and organizing your week of day camp. Volunteers! Alice Chester Overnight Camp General Information Sign up for summer A typical day at adventure! Camp Alice Chester At Camp Alice Chester you’ll discover your 7:30 a.m. Early rise fun (optional) summer self. Whether you stay for two nights or twelve you’ll have the chance to splash in the 8:30 a.m. Breakfast and opening lake, reach the top of the rock wall, hike the trails flag ceremony (on foot or on horseback!), and sing around the campfire. What will you choose to do?
