To Date We Have: Released and sold 8,888 NFTs (The Aramar Clan). Airdropped a total of 633 NFTs over 4 Policy IDs to our holders. Onboarded 22 core staff including writers, marketers, illustrators, and developers. Set up operations to deliver 15 pages of manga-comics weekly. In 2022 we will deliver 1000 pages of manga-comics, split over 7 manga volumes, including our flagship manga-comic ADAn: The Eye of Our Storm. Launched the first community-driven music single of the ADA Ninjaz OST with over 80,000 streams on Spotify. Revamped our website and set up a wiki on Fandom to store all the ADA Ninjaz story, lore, and world information. Introduced weekly Clan Wars: Stories and Clan Wars: Districts and Duels events, delivering storytelling and role playing for our community to influence our manga. Building Utility and the Road Ahead Utility One: Voting Rights Holders of ADA Ninjaz Clan NFTs are given voting rights to vote on two key elements: 1. General operations; and 2. ADA Ninjaz story, lore, and world creation. This will be our biggest utility. ADA Ninjaz will be in the driver's seat on all major decisions. You get to choose the direction the business goes. You get to choose how the manga-comic story unfolds. We’re taking the ‘choose your adventure’ framework and integrating it into the world of blockchain and NFTs. Utility Two: Exclusive Access to Collaborations, Collections, Events, and Airdrops In 2022, ADA Ninjaz will extend our focus and reach to collaborate with the NFT community, artist, and manga communities. .
We will be collaborating with the intention of providing our holders with exclusive collections of NFTs, manga, merch, educational content, etc. Only Ninjaz holders will receive access to these collaborations, in the form of early access (whitelists), NFT airdrops, discounts, and giveaways. We have also partnered with NFT-Link to deliver limited edition physical merchandise which includes NFT certificates of authenticity. ADA Ninjaz NFT holders will get first access to these items. Utility Three: NFT Specific Unique clan utilities: - Aramar Clan: As the Genesis or OG collection of ADA Ninjaz, Aramar Clan NFT holders will receive double the governance voting rights. - Daisuke Clan: TBA - Atsuko Clan: Double the voting rights for lore and world creation. The Great Ninjaz Burn: When all three seasons of NFTs have been released, the ‘Great Ninjaz Burn’ event will take place (estimated early Q4 2022). The Great Ninjaz Burn will directly align with the story in our ADAn manga titles, and as voted upon by the community. The stakes will be high… which clan will come out on top after the burn? Utility Four: Commercial Rights Although ADA Ninjaz holds all Intellectual Property (IP) rights of the ADA Ninjaz brand, all ADA Ninjaz NFT owners are given full commercial license rights to their specific ADA Ninjaz NFT. Just to reiterate - you own your ADA Ninjaz NFT(s), but you do not own ADA Ninjaz. Utility Five: Other Ninjaz Community-led NFT Investments DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) (Q1 2022) This Ninjaz DAO will collectively work on purchasing NFTs that will benefit Ninjaz holders involved in the DAO. DAO members will receive the returns from sales of all NFTs purchased using the DAO’s pool of funds. All decisions are voted upon by DAO members e.g. what NFT to purchase, when to sell, amount of contribution required by each DAO member, rewards system, etc.
Game - ADA Ninjaz: Clan Battles (Q1 2022) ADA Ninjaz: Clan Battles is a rogue-like 2D 8/16 bit pixel style multiplayer game where ADA Ninjaz NFT holders get to battle it out 1v1 against other ADA Ninjaz NFT Holders. The game will include a leaderboard with weekly rewards being handed out to the most active and/or top performers. So… are you stuck in a heated exchange that ain’t going anywhere? There’s only one way to resolve it…. take it to ADA Ninjaz: Clan Battles! The Endgame - Animation (Anime) In 2022, we will do what we do best, delivering exceptional community engagement and high-quality manga-comics. It is the year for the team to prove to ourselves, our community, and the wider production agencies that we can deliver upon our promises and are ready to take things to the next level. In late 2022/early 2023, we will pull our focus into turning our flagship manga-comic ADAn: The Eye of Our Storm into an anime. Work has already started on this but this is as much as we can say on this matter. Let’s just say that big things are coming… and we cannot wait to share it with you all.

With this Whitepaper (The Scroll), the ADA Ninjaz team would
like to announce our rebrand as an entertainment and multimedia
company, moving away from being known as simply an NFT project.
The Scroll dives deep into our brand identity, how the project came to be,
our vision and goals, and most importantly, our utility and value proposition.
It is all about providing transparency and clarity to our community on the way
forward in 2022.

Storytelling and the World of Ninava Our origins story begins with the birth of the Blacksmith on the 1st of January 900 A.D. His innate talent to mold material into useful objects and beautiful art from his mind’s eye has led him to be given a gift of a very special metallic-looking material. This material he will mold into a powerful katana. A power not yet fully understood, even to this day. A material discovered to be unique and only given its name more than 900 years after the Blacksmith. Having been broken, forgotten then found, each of its three shards in possession of a different Ninavan clan. The center of their power, the shards have been the focus of many people's desires since they were discovered. Now, these desires seem to be boiling to the surface once more, as rising conflict pushes the clans toward yet another Clan War. Our story envelops many characters and many points of view, but our center will be anchored on a single unwitting character… -Adan.
Storytelling and the World of Ninava The core story of ADA Ninjaz is set in the year 2033. The three Ninavian ninja clans are at war: The Aramar Clan, Daisuke Clan, and Atsuko Clan. The Aramar Clan is the oldest of the three clans. They descend from a long line of royalty that stems from the first Emperors of Ninava and from the Aramar family that precedes that. The first to find one of the three Hoskinanium katana shards, they used its powers to be the first protectors of the Ninavan population, self-proclaiming themselves “The Guardians”. Technological advancement, artificial intelligence, economics, financial and political power… these are the strengths of the Aramar of today.

The Daisuke Clan is the second oldest clan. Based on a more peaceful and
naturalistic approach to living, the Daisuke called “The Nomads” in their own land,
nature and life at the forefront of their ritualistic lifestyle.
For those that know them, however, crossing them is still a bad idea. They might
hold life precious, but they are not afraid to take it when a higher good is at hand.
Highly involved in human rights, animal rights, and environmental activism, they’ve
made many powerful enemies, and have even been classified by some as a
borderline terrorist organization.

COMING SOON...Storytelling and the World of Ninava The Atsuko Clan is the most recent addition to the Ninavan clan culture, although not by much. Still hundreds of years old, this clan has kept the shadows as its closest companion. The fringes of life and what lies beyond are the realm where they prefer to reside. Deemed “The Outlaws” of Ninava, this clan has never endured much love in Ninavan eyes, although fear has given them the respect they deserve. Controlling the underbelly of Ninava, their main source of clan sustenance is what most judicial systems would deem illegal, but how do you enforce this on a clan that makes its own laws.
Storytelling and the World of Ninava Ninava is a large island country in Southeast Asia. It is situated in the western Pacific Ocean to the south-east of Japan, east of Indonesia, and north of Papua New Guinea and Australia. The country consists of a large body of land in a crescent moon shape that opens east to the Pacific Ocean. Its coast boasts many islands but the majority of its island territory can be found within a large archipelago system to the southern end of its main body of land. Its long north-to-south coverage and many different geographic features have created examples of almost every kind of climate from deserts to lush tropical forests all over Ninava. Its history is riddled with war and strife, having been colonized by the Japanese, Spanish, and English at different times in its history. As of the latest census conducted in early 2033, the population has grown to over 260 million legal and registered Ninavian citizens. How many of these Ninavans are clan members on some level, no one truly knows, as each clan holds its own secrets from the public and international eye.
NFTs Season 1 - Aramar Clan (S1) NFTs The first collection of NFTs released was of the Aramar Clan. Season 1 - Aramar Clan (S1) NFTs are a collection of 8,888 2D algorithmically generated profile picture style NFTs. The Aramar NFTs launched on the 8th of October 2021 and sold out within 30 minutes. The collection can now be bought via the secondary market on jpg.store and cnft.io and includes royalties to the Ninjaz team of 2.5% per sale. Policy ID -83c0ab67afc9148bd1571b7a14de1df03cd5624f5992d3b8ec84d6fb The Forgotten Spirit (TFS) The Forgotten Spirit (TFS) NFTs were airdropped to individuals as a means of appreciation and compensation for those who sent their ADA to the wrong wallet (something that has come to be known as Wallet-gate) address during the official launch of S1.
This NFT collection represents the Ghosts of The Forgotten Spirit that roam Ninava and are collectible pieces of a fractionalized NFT that collectively completes the map of Ninava. Holders of TFS NFTs automatically go into a monthly raffle for an environment concept art NFT. This airdrop promotion will continue until at least the end of 2022. The collection can now be bought via the secondary market on jpg.store and cnft.io and includes royalties to the Ninjaz team of 2.5% per sale. Imagine owning an early character design sketch of Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece series) by Eiichiro Oda (Japanese manga artist). The value of owning this would be priceless! That’s why we’ve committed to bringing these types of collections to the Cardano blockchain, so that one day someone can show to the world that they owned the early and original sketches of ADA Ninjaz! Fan Art NFTs Since releasing Season 1 of our NFTs, we have seen many talented artists create fan art of ADA Ninjaz. We believe that talent needs to be recognized and as an appreciation to those artists, we’ve decided to mint their artwork (with their permission) into the blockchain and send it directly to their wallets. As our brand and community continue to grow, more and more fan art will be minted and shared with the community under the Policy ID listed below. Manga-Comic NFTs All released manga chapters, including full-colored cover pages, will have their individual pages minted as NFTs. The collection is then raffled and airdropped to NFT holders soon after the manga chapter’s release. To date we have airdropped 62 manga-comic NFTs to NFT holders We expect that by the end of 2022, approximately 1000 pages, split over 8 volumes (and Policy IDs), will be released to the NFT and wider community. Manga Comic ADAn: Aramar Origins The Aramar, the first of the Three Great Clans of Ninava. From the clan’s inception in the 900’s by Asahi Aramar, the clan has self-proclaimed its members the guardians of Ninava, trained in a powerful mix of ninjutsu and magic. Their latest leader, Lady Josefine, Honorable Right of the clan from her raising in 2033 A.D., will have to take to heart the title of Guardian as the new Clan Wars begin to take shape. A war all three Clans - Aramar, Daisuke, and Atsuko - are willing to fight to the death to come out victorious. To date, the team has released four manga chapters, totaling 62 pages of the Aramar Origins story. These chapters can be read directly on our website here. By the end of 2022, we expect to release volumes one and two of all three clan’s origins manga stories.
Manga Comic ADAn Vol.1: The Eye of Our Storm The team has commenced the screenplay and storyboard of our latest manga title, ADAn Vol.1: The Eye of Our Storm. After stumbling upon a small Hoskinanium imbued item and receiving his own Spirit Guardian, Adan - our unsuspecting hero - is caught in the whirlwind of conflict between the three ruling Clans of Ninava. His situation is not made any easier by the fact that a new war between the Clans seems to be looming just over the horizon. Adan will have to find allies soon… all three Clans seem to want him and his Spirit Guardian captured… dead or alive. This will be our flagship product of 2022. It will include features such as full colored pages, voice narration, and live2d, amongst other new features. NFT holders will be given exclusive behind-the-scenes access during the production of the manga title whilst also being able to influence the direction of story via our voting mechanism.
Music The brilliant composers at Mirai Music Productions have helped us deliver the first community-inspired ADA Ninjaz music single “Another Day Another Night”, released on 17 December 2021. Since launch it has achieved just over 80,000 streams on Spotify. The community was involved in the creation of the lyrics, with certain users' submission being included in the official lyrics. The song can be streamed on Spotify, here. Building Utility and the Road Ahead From the very beginning, the ADA Ninjaz team knew that creating and selling NFTs would not be sufficient enough. We needed to be different and set ourselves apart by building an ongoing utility that integrates our NFTs with our manga- comic whilst supporting our thriving community and Ninjaz holders. As developers, we are faced with the biggest challenge: the balancing act of appealing to the short-term expectations of the market against the long-term value generation of the ecosystem. ADA Ninjaz is a long-term project, yet NFTs are currently a short-term market. Real development and value generation take time. The ADA Ninjaz team will deliver one of the best manga-comics in the NFT space. But we need time. With that being said, below are a few core utilities that are currently in place to support both the short-term and long-term ADA Ninjaz ecosystem: Utility One: Voting Rights Holders of ADA Ninjaz Clan NFTs are given voting rights to vote on two key elements: 1. General operations; and 2. ADA Ninjaz story, lore, and world creation. Our aim is not to show the community the behind-the-scenes alone, but to also enable them to be directly involved in the entire process. We want the ADA Ninjaz community to create the ADA Ninjaz universe. Some examples of voting decisions may include: 1. General operations: a) Development of roadmap items e.g. Should the team focus more on written or visual storytelling? If we created merchandise would you purchase it or should our resources be used differently? b) Would you prefer 20 songs without vocals or 10 songs with vocals (opportunity cost)?
c) Should the manga-comic be read from left to right or right to left? d) Adding and removing various Discord channels. ADA Ninjaz story, lore and world creation: a) Create NPCs that will populate the world of Ninava (clan-specific territories so that each NFT batch controls a certain area and can only create in that area) b) ADAn and Origins manga series: Vote/Decide on major decisions on direction a main or secondary character takes during or at the end of an episode c) Character X is at a crossroads, should they take the X, Y, or Z route? d) A new character is being introduced in the manga-comic, what do they look like? e) The first clan war is about to occur, in which Ninavian city should this fight occur? f) Create different cities/regions/etc and name them g) Clan Wars: Send messages from one clan to the other through the “central communication system in Ninava” h) Name your Ninjaz (NFTs) i) Choose your clan’s animal Note: All restricted NFT voting decisions are currently made via our Discord. We understand that this may be a barrier for a few of our holders. We will transition to voting on our website via a much simpler Cardano wallet integration the moment the infrastructure becomes plausible to implement on our end.
Voting through storytelling and roleplaying Clan Wars: Stories Each week in the ADA Ninjaz Discord server the team hosts a 45-minute live clan wars storytelling event. Each clan will be presented with their clan’s story through the lens of their respective protagonists. Clans are required to vote at various intervals to decide which action their protagonists will make. Outcomes of the votes impact the manga and its story, while providing a live and interactive experience to holders to experience. Clan Wars: Districts and Duels Clan Wars: Districts and Duels (CW:DnD) is a dungeons and dragons-inspired event that also takes place weekly in the ADA Ninjaz Discord server. Clans battle it out in a 45-minute session that includes a skirmish between the three clans, with a death toll at the end of each session. At the end of each season, the total deaths will be tallied and the winning clan will be rewarded (to be announced). Utility Two: Exclusive Access to Collaborations, Collections, Events, and Airdrops Collaborations Since launch, we have collaborated with 29 CNFT projects in the form of giveaways, donations, and rewards. In 2022, we will extend our focus and reach not just to the wider NFT community, but also the wider artist and manga communities. ADA Ninjaz will be collaborating with the intention of providing our holders with exclusive collections of NFTs, manga, merch, educational content, etc. Ninjaz holders will receive access to these collaborations in the form of early access, airdrops, and giveaways. For example, we intend to reach out to independent artists with the hopes of showcasing their work on the Cardano blockchain. To support these artists and provide them with a platform, we will be minting some of their artwork, created specifically for ADA Ninjaz, and airdropping them to ADA Ninjaz NFT holders.
We will also work with other projects to provide their artists with a platform via our manga to showcase elements of their NFTs/universe within the ADA Ninjaz manga. NFT-Link and Physical Merchandise We are excited to announce our partnership with NFT-Link (NFT-L), who we’ll be working with closely to introduce unique sets of limited-edition physical merchandise. Each individual product will have an NFT-L NFC chip attached to it that when scanned, takes you to an NFT certificate of authenticity of the physical item. The first NFT-L product to be released under this partnership will be 100 first-edition ADAn: Aramar Origins manga volumes. Each Volume will include two NFT-Ls. The first NFT-L will take you to a website page where you can read the manga and the second will take you to the online NFT certificate of authenticity. Collectors now have the benefit of being able to experience all that is inside the manga volume whilst keeping the physical collectible in new and unopened condition.
Utility Three: NFT-Specific Season 1 - The Aramar Clan (S1) Unique clan utility: As the Genesis or OG collection of ADA Ninjaz, Aramar Clan NFT holders will receive double the governance voting rights. S1 holders will also be given exclusive early access to mint the Atsuko Clan NFTs (S2). Season 2 - The Atsuko Clan (S2) Season 2 - The Atsuko Clan (S2 NFTs will be launching on 04 February 2022). Similar to S1, S2 will be a collection of 8,888 of algorithmically generated profile picture style NFTs. Minting of S2 will occur on our official ADA Ninjaz website, found here. Reminder: To be able to mint S2, you must hold at least one S1 NFT in your connected wallet. Unique clan utility: Double the voting rights for lore and world creation. Season 3 - The Daisuke Clan (S3) Expected Release Date: Q2 2022 Total NFTs: 8,888 Price: TBA Unique utility: TBA The Great Ninjaz Burn It wouldn’t be a Ninjaz clan war without death… When all three seasons of NFTs have been released, the ‘Great Ninjaz Burn’ event will take place (estimated early Q4 2022). How it will work
ADA Ninjaz NFT holders will be able to burn a prescribed
combination of ADA Ninjaz NFTs to receive a Smoke NFT.
The Smoke NFT will be unrevealed until all required Ninjaz have been
burned or after one week of launch, whichever occurs first.
The Smoke NFT will absorb all utilities of the burnt Ninjaz and additional
utility that is to be announced.
The Smoke NFTs will be scarcer than any of the previous season’s NFT
collection.
This is our method to introduce roleplaying and gamification at the Cardano
blockchain/policy ID level. As such, the details above may be most subject to
change as we further refine the game logic and technical aspects of the
‘burn’ to ensure fair play and the longevity of the project.
Clans, get ready! Because every single voting action you make from now until
the burn will ultimately decide your clan’s fate!
Utility Four: Commercial Rights
Although ADA Ninjaz holds all Intellectual Property (IP) rights of the ADA Ninjaz
brand, all ADA Ninjaz NFT owners are given full commercial license rights to
their specific ADA Ninjaz NFT. Just to reiterate - you own your ADA Ninjaz NFTs,
but you do not own ADA Ninjaz.
This applies to all current and future NFTs, including any airdrops, unless
exclusively specified in the metadata.
The ADA Ninjaz logos cannot be reproduced for any reason without
prior permission.

Ninjaz Community-led NFT Investments DAO (Decentralized Autonomous
Organization)
This Ninjaz DAO will collectively work on purchasing NFTs that will benefit Ninjaz
holders involved in the DAO. DAO members will receive the returns from sales of
all NFTs purchased using the DAO’s pool of funds. All decisions are voted upon
by DAO members e.g. what NFT to purchase, when to sell, amount of contribution
required by each DAO member, rewards system, etc.The DAO will consist of an executive committee made up of up to 6 community members (voted on by DAO members), plus up to 2 Ninjaz team members (also voted on by DAO members). The ADA Ninjaz team will play an administrative role in supporting and managing the DAO as the community sees best. The ADA Ninjaz team will not receive any returns from the sale of the NFTs purchased by the DAO. Game - ADA Ninjaz: Clan Battles ADA Ninjaz: Clan Battles is a rogue-like 2D 8/16 bit pixel style multiplayer game where ADA Ninjaz NFT holders get to battle it out 1v1 against other ADA Ninjaz NFT Holders. The game will include a leaderboard with weekly rewards being handed out to the most active and/or top performers. The more PvP (Player vs Player) battles you compete in, the more you win and the more you earn to reach the top of the leaderboard.
This is a simple game that the team has developed to bring forth an extra layer of roleplaying, competitiveness, and banter within the ADA Ninjaz community. We did not build the game with the expectation of competing with other projects whose core business is NFT gaming. Nonetheless, various factors make the game progression interesting such as accessing a range of equippable items, special moves, skills, and power-ups. ADA Ninjaz: Clan Battles is expected to launch late Q1 2022. So, you think the Daisuke are better than the Atsuko? Stuck in a heated exchange that ain’t going anywhere? There’s only one way to resolve it…. take it to ADA Ninjaz: Clan Battles! The Endgame You would have noticed that one of our missions is to generate and integrate value around anime, yet in this entire paper, there hasn’t been any discussion around the concept of anime. Why’s that you say? Because anime is the long-term play. It is our ultimate vision for the ADA Ninjaz brand to have your Ninjaz and the world of Ninava represented on the big screen. This, we know, does not come cheap. Production of anime and any TV series, in general, requires up-front capital and expertise. As much as the team would love to produce an anime for the community, we know that although not impossible, it would be highly inefficient if we were to tackle the production on our own. That is why, in 2022, we will do what we do best, delivering exceptional community engagement and high-quality manga.
We are not only proving to ourselves and the community that we can deliver upon our
promises, but we are demonstrating to production studios that we are the project that
they would want to work with. Our proven and delivered products become the pitch,
not our concepts.
