TG Escapes Ltd. started in 2003 with The Garden Escape - founded by Richard and Kath Harvey
in partnership with Metropolis Architecture.
Contemporary garden offices built from sustainable materials to encourage people to work from home. Because if more people worked from home,
they would spend less time travelling to work, expend less energy and have a better quality of life.

Flexible eco buildings designed for your space can grow as you do,
with features like sun pipes, living sedum roofs, solar water systems
as well as AA rated cooling & heating.
Our bespoke designs connect the inside to out providing external views of nature. We use natural materials and ensure consistent working temperatures,
optimum air quality, ventilation and acoustic comfort, and we maximise the available natural light.
Our Learning Escapes can be seen in all educational settings from early years through to higher education used for classrooms, staff rooms, teacher training, nursery & early years,
school halls, sports pavilions, SEN and disabilities, studios and two storey multi use provision. Two classroom buildings can be constructed in as little as six weeks onsite
Our Commercial Escapes are used for offices, hospital relative rooms, VIP reception centres, kiosks, accommodation blocks and changing facilities.
Our Garden Escapes are used for gyms, annexes, offices or just to relax in the garden in all weathers.
Our modular approach minimises disruption on site and helps to maintain continuity of use throughout a project.
It also saves time and money compared to a traditional build.

Every eco-building comes with 10 years’ warranty on the main structure, 20 years’ warranty on the roof and
12 months manufacturer’s warranty for the fixtures and fittings within the building.
We’re always available if you have after-care or repair requirements and will be happy to discuss a long-term maintenance plan, any future developments or change of usage.
