DETAILS OF TUITION FEES 1- Tuition fees Enrolment fees (deposit) Once you have been made an offer, to secure your place we ask you to pay the enrolment fees (deposit) before the payment deadline mentioned in your offer letter or email. Your deposit is non-refundable in the case of withdrawal from the programme, except in one or several of the following circumstances: unsuccessful completion of a qualification required for entry to the programme (documentary proof required); rejected student visa application for study in France (documentary proof required); withdrawal from the programme within 2 weeks of payment of the deposit; in the event of serious exceptional circumstances. Tuition fees Tuition fees include all teaching on your programme plus any visits or conferences organised by the Institute. Postponement of integration In certain cases (failure to obtain a visa, the required diploma, accident, illness, etc.) it is possible to obtain a one-year postponement of integration. The benefit of the admission is thus retained and the candidate can join the school at the beginning of the intake. Requests for postponement of integration must be made by email to admissions@institutpaulbocuse.com one month before the start date of the programme. It is up to the Director of the School to accept or not. A request for postponement does not change the registration procedure in the school. In particular, it does not exempt the candidate from paying the registration fee within 3 calendar weeks after the announcement of the result, nor from providing the diploma one month before the start date of the programme. In case of visa refusal the following year, the registration fees are refunded according to the following conditions terms and conditions of reimbursement of the teaching contract. 1
