Neal, Donna Rann Recently our Chairman of the Greens Committee, Richard Beer, advised Front: Suzanne Wilson, Abbey Bull, Sophia Perkins members that the Board had decided to proceed with some minor new works to the 15th hole. With the opening of the 12th and 13th holes, we were conscious of trying to allow members to play the course in its normal set up, however the Board acknowledges that the standard of the bunker beside the 15th green is unacceptable and needs immediate attention. During April the necessary work will be undertaken to install a new capillary concrete drainage system in much the same manner as the recently built greenside bunkers near the 1st and 12th greens. We also plan to slightly reshape this bunker to provide better walk on and off areas to the green, as well as Cnr Hume & Elouera Roads, digging up and replacing an area at the front of this green with organic soil Cronulla NSW 2230 and new turf, similar to what we did half way down the second fairway.
