Operational Schedule ALL TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Personal Protective Equipment required for entry, high visibility vests and closed toe shoes MUST be worn whilst onsite during move-in and move-out. • Failure to abide by the set-up and tear-down times will result in exclusion at future Festivals. • Traders are responsible for their own security during the Festival. The Australian Celtic Festival takes no responsibility for damage or theft. • Public Liability of $20 million or more must be emailed to rbombell@gisc.nsw.gov.au before set-up. • Trader parking permits must be obtained by the site coordinator by Friday 30 April 2021. • Traders are permitted 1 x car pass which must be displayed on the car. Due to capacities on Entertainment and session tickets there will be no free passes to the Entertainment Precinct. DATE START TIME FINISH TIME Trader Stall Set-up: Thursday, 29 April 1.00pm 5.00pm* Cars allowed on Site Friday, 30 April 8.00am 1.00pm* Festival Hours: Saturday, 1 May 8.00am 10.30pm Cars to remain off site Sunday, 2 May 8.00am 4.30pm Trader Stall Pack up: Sunday, 2 May 4.30pm 7:30pm Cars allowed on Site Monday, 3 May 8.00am 5.00pm * Traders unable to arrive during the scheduled set up hours above MUST contact the Festival Site Manager to make arrangements for access to site. ^ Food Vendors are required to be set up by 1:00 pm Friday, 30 April for scheduled Food Stall Inspections. Vehicles MUST remain off site during Festival hours. This is for the safety of Festival Patrons and any violation of this policy could result in the Trader being asked to leave the site.
