This issue was addressed in House Bill 4262, during the month of February, 2022. California This April, Mark Handler, APA Editor, will be one of the featured speakers at the Califor- nia Association of Polygraph Examiners training seminar. He will be lecturing on Meta Analysis. APA Annual Seminar/ Orlando, Florida On the first day of the seminar (August 28), I will be presenting “The Importance of the Pre -Test Interview, during the Post Test”.
