What’s it like working as a Risk Analyst in RIS PCD? I have worked in Production Yorkshire as an analyst for around 18 months and from day one I have been really impressed with the level of support and assistance available from everyone in the department, no matter the grade or seniority. This has been increasingly prevalent during 2020 when everyone in the department has really pulled together and adapted brilliantly to new ways of working at home whilst also managing the introduction of new and challenging COVID-19 work streams alongside our business-as-usual work. Since joining the department, I have been afforded the opportunity to take part in loads of additional roles including working as the Communications Rep for Production Yorkshire, helping to organise the Yorkshire Talent & Development Programme and joining a team looking to improve how we recognise, reward and celebrate the many successes and achievements seen in Production, both at site level and nationally.
