2021-22 SEASON!

It has been a trying year for all of us. But, finally there is light at the end of the tunnel
and a return to Broadway will be a welcomed celebration for all of us! It is our
pleasure to announce the 2021-2022 Season of Broadway in Columbia.
After months of adjustments, The Series will be comprised of nearly all of the shows
that were scheduled in the 2020-2021 Season…with one significant addition…the
Columbia premiere of Disney’s THE LION KING! We look forward to the opportunity
to once again host you and your families to create new lifelong memories that only
the magic of live theatre can provide.

Inspired by the beloved films, the romantic and adventure-filled new musical ANASTASIA is
on a journey to Columbia at last! From the Tony Award®-winning creators of the Broadway
classic Ragtime, this dazzling show transports us from the twilight of the Russian Empire
to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the
mystery of her past. Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya
enlists the aid of a dashing conman and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on
an epic adventure to help her find home, love, and family.
