Steve Sisolak, Mayor Carolyn Goodman, and other community leaders attended the groundbreaking for Nevada's first Holocaust Memorial. The Holocaust Memorial Plaza broke ground in Clark County on Friday, Nov. 19. Once built, the memorial will honor those who died, and will contain elements of the Holocaust and Judaism that will educate visitors and allow for a time of reflection.
