•Exhibitions run from Tuesdays to Sundays
•All prices quoted exclude VAT
•Carpeting is compulsory at R32-00 per sqm²
•Applications must reach us at least 15 days before the planned exhibition date and we require a written proposal on the
exact nature of your promotion/exhibition and its requirements.
•A visual/photograph or sketch of the promotion/exhibition stand to be erected must be provided, with measurements,
props and a detailed description thereof.
•Complete the application booking form in full, The exhibition is confirmed by the client once contract has been received
and the SIGNED INDEMNITY FORM AND RULES AND REGULATIONS has been received by Kolonnade Shopping
Centre.
•Payment is due 2 weeks prior to exhibition.
•Set-up must be completed before 09:00 on the first day (Tuesday) of exhibition and must be dismantled on the
last day (Sunday) after 16:00.
•It is the responsibility of all exhibitors/promoters to ensure that their insurance extends their cover to the
centre’s promotional/exhibition areas. This must include product and/or public liability.
•Rates increase by 25% during November and December.
•No part of a display may exceed 1.5 m in height. Surrounding tenants’ windows and signage, as well as the view
of the mall must remain visible and unobstructed at all times.
•Specially built structures should have a maximum 2m height restriction and need to be pre-approved by
Management via complete visuals and specs. We will however allow normal pull up banners which are 2m high.
•The exhibition/promotion must at all times be acceptably staffed, managed and stocked. Shoppers may under no
circumstances be stopped and harassed in any way. If a complaint is received about an exhibitor the exhibitor/
staff will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
•All exhibitors are subject to spot checks and inspections by the Centre Management of KOLONNADE
SHOPPING CENTRE.
•If an exhibition is found not to meet the standards of the Centre and cannot be improved, it will be terminated
immediately and removed from Centre.

•Vehicles are only to be brought in before the Centre opens for trade (before 08:00) on a SPECFIC day and removed after the Centre closes
for trade (after 16:00 or before 07:30) on a specific day
•Carpeting is compulsory for all vehicle exhibitions to ensure that car tyres do not damage the floor tiling in the designated exhibition areas.
•The keys to the vehicles on display must be booked in at the Security Control Room, which will be kept in a dedicated key safe, in case of
emergency where the vehicles need to be vacated from the premises.
•Please ensure that there is minimum fuel (5 liters or less) in the vehicles.
•Please ensure that batteries are unplugged from vehicles.
•Vehicles arriving late will not be allowed in the Centre and payment for that day will be forfeited.
• Exhibitors must SPECIFY the make and number of vehicles at the time of the booking for us to assign the exhibition to the most
appropriate court. Please inform us well in advance of the exact vehicles to be brought in

1. Send us a full proposal regarding the promotion.
This may be faxed to Lucrutia de Klerk on 086 671 7578 or emailed
to exhibitions@kolonnademarketing.co.za.
Your proposal must include:
-Product description
-Photos of previous exhibitions
-What activities will take place at stand
2. Complete the application booking form in full, sign terms and
conditions and indemnity.
3. Once your application has been processed, you will receive an
email/fax informing you of the outcome of your application or
invoice payable 2 weeks prior to exhibition booked. Please do
not start any preparations without written confirmation.
