includes the best of Alaska’s remarkable places: two nights in Denali National Park, and an
amazing boat cruise through Portage Glacier, cruising in Glacier Bay and whale watching in
the Inside Passage. Over the years we have learned that the addition of these experiences

We have been to Alaska many times and continue to enjoy its unique cultural and scenic

FAIRBANKS Alaska’s second-largest city was born the Gold-rush era Fairbanks is located on the Tanana River between
the White Mountains and the Alaska Range. Enjoy an included cruise aboard the sternwheeler Discovery, (lunch includ-
ed) and Gold Dredge #8, pan for gold.
DENALI NATIONAL PARK Alaska’s most popular land-based attraction features the 20,320-foot tall peak of Denali. Keep
your eyes peeled for Alaska’s “Big Four:” moose, caribou, Dall sheep and grizzly bear. Venture deep into the park on
the Tundra Wilderness Tour which is included on this vacation.
ANCHORAGE Cosmopolitan Anchorage blends modern big city life with cultural attractions such as the Native Heritage
Center and outdoor adventures like flightseeing or hiking.
ALYESKA One of the top ski destinations in Alaska. Surrounded by the mountains of Chugach State Park, the third-
largest state park in the country.
SEWARD rests on Resurrection Bay. Before boarding the ship, see the stunning sights on a Kenai Fjords National Park
cruise, which is an option on this vacation.
SKAGWAY known for the Gold-Rush era town, one of Skagway’s most popular sites is taking a ride on the scenic White
Pass and Yukon Railway!
JUNEAU The only ways to get into Alaska’s capital are by boat or plane! Juneau is famed for massive Mendenhall Glaci-

KETCHIKAN is the self-proclaimed “Salmon Fishing Capital of the World.” Stroll and shop on colorful Creek Street,
or see the intricate and beautiful totem poles for which Ketchikan carvers are known. See the Tongass National
