your overnight stay. This afternoon enjoy a Hop on Hop off bus tour of Vancouver.
Variety is the spice of life, so for each of our Hop-on Hop-off tours we dish it up and
you get to choose. The tour will provide you with English commentary, lending a
local's authentic take on the magic that makes Vancouver great. The clear-top buses
are equally special. Your view of the city will be like no other as you tour the streets
with the wind in your hair, experiencing our vibrant downtown with all of your
senses. Explore Stanley Park, Gastown, Botanical Gardens, Chinatown, Queen
Elizabeth Park, Granville Island and more.

DAY 11, Fly from Vancouver to Calgary.
Please catch a taxi to Vancouver airport for your flight to Calgary. Upon arrival
check into your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to explore the
“Gateway to the Rockies” city at leisure. Overnight at Sandman Signature Hotel or
similar for three nights.

DAY 12, Lake Louise & Yoho National Park & Moraine Lake 1-Day Tour from
Calgary.
Skirt the slopes of the Continental Divide as you explore Yoho National Park and
beyond with an experienced local guide all year around. Spend time meandering
along the shores of Moraine Lake's opalescent waters and examine the natural span
of a river-carved bridge created over thousands of years. Find out how railway
engineers overcame the Continental Divide's steep terrain with a visit to the
serpentine Spiral Tunnels.
From a central meeting location in Calgary, heading toward the evergreen forest and
granite peaks of Yoho National Park. Look for moose, bear, and elk that call this
stunning landscape home, and make a stop at Lake Louise to snap photos of its
turquoise waters. In the winter, snow-capped mountains surround the famous lake
with Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise providing a classy backdrop.

DAY 13, Free day Calgary.
Today is a free day to explore Calgary at leisure. Calgary, a cosmopolitan Alberta
city with numerous skyscrapers, owes its rapid growth to its status as the centre of
Canada’s oil industry. However, it’s still steeped in the western culture that earned
it the nickname “Cowtown,” evident in the Calgary Stampede, its massive July rodeo
and festival that grew out of the farming exhibitions once presented here.

DAY 14, Farewell Calgary
Our Alaska & Canada holiday concludes today. Please catch a taxi to the airport for
your flights home to Australia.

Please note: The day by day descriptions are intended as an indicative guide only.
Travel by nature is unpredictable. Weather patterns, ocean conditions, public holidays,
travel restrictions and many other factors may necessitate itinerary changes that are
ultimately for the client’s benefit. It is essential that clients are flexible in this regard.
