ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS The choice is yours Children’s Adventure Programs (CAP) are designed for individuals and groups of children ages 7 to 13, and generally take place within a university, college or boarding school - with accommodation, meals, and classes on campus. Teenage Adventure Programs (TAP) are designed for individuals and groups of teens aged 14 to 17 inclusive, and take place within a university, college or boarding school, with accommodation, meals and classes on campus. Family Programs are designed for travelling families with children so that both parents and their children have study and activities options. Customized group programs are tailor-made study tour programs to suit the schedule and interests of small or large groups of students of all ages at all times of the year in any of our destinations. Children’s Adventure Program The Children’s Adventure Program (CAP) is designed especially for young students, ages 7 to 13, inclusive. The welfare and safety of young children who are studying abroad is paramount to us. Sol Camps employs specialized and experienced teachers, activities officers, and accommodation managers to look after and supervise these kids, 24-7. Students live, eat and study on campus at a university, college or boarding school, in a safe environment, with our professional staff present at all times. Day students are welcome too, when parents or guardians are present to pick up students in the evening. CAP students spend the morning in multi-level, multi-cultural English classes with qualified ESL teachers. In the afternoons and evenings, we organize a wide range of fun activities and excursions on and off campus. And on weekends, they have day trips. For many Sol Camp kids, this is their first time to travel and study QUICK FACTS abroad. Teenage Adventure Program The Teenage Adventure Program (TAP) is a summer/winter camp for students from 14 to 17 years (inclusive). TAP is an international program for individuals or groups of students who want to improve their English level, experience the culture of Australia, the USA, Canada or the UK, make international friends, and have a lot of fun at the same time. These programs are generally located on university, college or boarding school campuses with male and female dormitories, a cafeteria for all meals, and Sol Camps staff to supervise, help and monitor 24-7. Some programs offer a homestay option, too, where students can live with a local family, which gives them even more opportunity to practice their English and experience the local culture. Day students who have local guardians or parents are always welcome. Morning multi-cultural, multi-level, English classes are held on-campus with qualified ESL teachers, and are followed by a wide variety of afternoon and evening activities, sports, games, and QUICK FACTS excursions. Family Programs Families that travel together learn together Sol Camps International offer a unique and very flexible program for travelling families with kids who want to take advantage of our courses and camps. On arrival, kids are welcome to join any of the regularly scheduled day or overnight junior programs or camps (e.g. CAP or TAP), including the English classes, activities and excursions. At the same time, parents have the option of joining the adult classes in each campus full time, part time (or not at all!). Families can take advantage a range of other services offered by Sol Camps, including airport pickup, accommodation options, sightseeing and car rental bookings, Family memberships include discounts on adult English courses and local attractions.
