ADVERTISING REQUIREMENTS RE-ENERGISE + Your logo will be proudly displayed on the appropriate Event advertising and brochure materials. RE-CONNECT All sponsorship investors will be included on the APMA website Event page. + • All logo artwork is to be supplied in the following formats: JPG, EPS, bitmap, PDF or TIFF. R E- EDUC ATE • Logos should be supplied in Hi Res format (300 dpi at 100% size). CMYK format. Logos pulled off the web are usually not suitable for re-production. • Artwork can be sent either by CD-ROM or by email with your booking form. • The deadline for your logo artwork is required with your booking form to ensure inclusion on printed documentation. TRADE SHOW Display tables will be available for Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday of the event. EVENT TABLE SCHEME 750mm x 1500mm covered trestle table, plus chair Exhibitors [need to check what is offered and are there different offerings for different providers] are responsible for supplying all signage and display frames as required ELIGIBILITY FOR EXHIBITING All products and services must be related to the practice or education of the Pilates Method or the conduct of a business teaching pilates. The APMA reserves the right to refuse entrance/set-up to organizations that do not meet the standards required or expected, as well as the right to curtail or to close exhibits or parts of exhibits that reflect unfavourably on the character of the Event and APMA. EVENT VENUE & CONSTRUCTION Exhibitor tables will be in a visually prominent area, situated in the trade exhibit area of the venue. Generous amounts of time have been allowed in the Event program for viewing of the trade show. ACCESS Exhibitors have access for setting up in the venue on Friday 14 September 2018 from 7am. Set up is required to be completed prior to registration and welcome lunch on Friday at 11am Friday 14 September 2018. All displays will be required to be dismantled after 3pm and by no later than 5pm on Sunday September 16, 2018. FORWARDING EVENT & BAG MATERIAL All exhibitors will be forwarded details regarding delivery of their goods to the venue, after their registration has been received and confirmed. HOW TO BOOK YOUR TABLE We have allocated one large foyer and exhibitor room for the weekend for our Trade show area. We strongly advise you to complete the registration forms as soon as possible as places will be on a first come first served basis. To secure a table, please complete the booking form and return it with your total payment. Confirmation of your table will not be confirmed without payment in full. A fee equivalent to 50% of the contracted fee will apply if the Organiser is able to re-let the space, ii. A fee of 100% of the contracted price will apply if the Organiser is not able to re-let the space. 26. Exhibits are admitted to the Event, and shall remain there, solely on strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
