   The Edgewater Resort & Spa is the best-known Cook Islands resort,

 Edgewater’s prime location puts Rarotonga’s natural splendour front and
  centre; the magnificent sunsets, the surrounding lush green mountains
 and the view over the white sandy beach and deep blue lagoon. Yet it’s

    As the largest Rarotongan resort, Edgewater offers a variety of room
 categories to suit every market and budget. Our garden view rooms are
spread out amongst lush tropical gardens connected to key resort facilities
 by meandering paved pathways. Our Beachfront Deluxe Suites are fitted
with spa baths and located right on the white sands of Oneroa beach ( long
 white sand ). And our three bedroom full service garden and beachfront
   villas are located in a quiet village setting providing all the comforts of
                                       home.

All rooms are non-smoking, have air conditioning, inlcude a small fridge and
                   are serviced daily (except the villas).

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
•   Bookings are based on a first come, first served basis
•   The exclusive prices displayed are available until 31 January 2022. After this date, the
    rates may change
•   All bookings and payments must be made directly with the resort
•   To book, you will need to complete the online form first - you will then be
    connected with the Edgewater Resort and Spa who you will pay directly
•   There is a 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments

PEACE OF MIND BOOKING AND CANCELLATON POLICY
FOR ALL COVID-19 TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS - FULLY REFUNDABLE HOLIDAYS GUARANTEE

Receive a full refund and/or no cancellation/amendment fees on all bookings up until the date
of travel. This applies only in the event the following scenarios take place preventing customers
from travelling:

•   Cook Island and/or New Zealand borders close
•   Customers travelling are tested positive for COVID and are unable to travel
•   Border restrictions introduced, and quarantine is required in either the Cook Islands
    and/or New Zealand

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT POLICY
•   Check In Time: 2:00pm | Check Out Time: 10:00am
•   Early Check In from 6:00am prior to 12:00noon | Late Check Out Up to 6:00pm
•   Early Check In Rate: 50% of Room Rate from 6am
•   Late Check Out Rate: 50% of Room Rate up till 6pm
•   Late Check Out for the 3 bedroom Beachfront and Garden Villa is confirmed based
    on availability at time of booking and must be requested
•   6pm onwards full night rate applies
•   Day Rooms Rates are available on request.

ACCOMMODATION RATES AND PACKAGES
•   All rates are in NZ Dollars and include all Government Taxes. Rates include
•   Tropical Breakfast Daily and include the complimentary use Tennis Court and
    facilities and all onsite cultural activities

AIRPORT TRANSFER RATES
•   Airport transfer is included in the player and supporter packages for those travelling
    with Air New Zealand on 26 May and 1 June
•   If you are arranging other flights, return Airport transfers (including meet and greet
    with a floral garment - ei) are available at NZD 35.00 per person. This can be booked
    directly with the Edgewater Resort & Spa.
