Foreword Contents FROM THE FESTIVAL PRESIDENT ARTIST’S OPEN STUDIOS 05–29 As Festival President I have had the pleasure of doing the Foreword for the Festival Brochure for a number of years, but I cannot recall PAW BURSARY 20 a year when the country has been more divided, and people more THE PAW MAP 30–32 concerned about the future.
