Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of an entire plan submitted is subject to a 50% non-refundable fee. Cancellation of any individual sponsorship is subject to a $100 non-refundable de-
posit per sponsorship and MUST be made 14 working days prior to event. No cancellations for an event will be accepted after the 14-day deadline. If your sponsorship spot can be filled,
we will allocate your funds as a credit towards a future 2023 event, less the $100 non-refundable deposit. If your spot cannot be filled, you have waived your right to a credit. No credits
will be given less than 14 business days prior to any event.
