We offer a full complement of staff. Your experience begins with a sales consultant and then you are allocated a senior wedding coordinator who will look after you from the beginning of your planning process to the end of the wedding. A second coordinator is also allocated on the day, who will manage all the practical responsibilities including coordinating our waiters, barman and cleaners. We also offer a complementary romantic one night stay with dinner to celebrate your 1 year anniversary. Your wedding is important to us, no matter how big or how small. This dramatic venue nestled below towering trees, with expansive rolling lawns, lends itself perfectly to the chemistry required for a fairy tale wedding. Our Forest Banquet Hall surrounded by tall trees in beautifully landscaped gardens and cascading ponds consists of 3 spaces. While ceremonies can be held amongst the tall trees of the Lily Pond Forest Chapel Amphitheatre, pre-reception drinks and canapes can be enjoyed on The Forest Piazza and sumptuous banquets can be hosted inside The Forest Banquet Hall with its dramatic high thatch roof. The Lily Pond Pavilion is a seemingly floating room set on and adjacent to the largest of our ponds in landscaped gardens. The covered pavilion cantilevers over the ponds and one accesses the pavilion by walking across a 6-meter-long wooden bridge. The walk way to the ceremony area is very dramatic indeed. A broad wooden deck starts at the top of the hill, descending down to the ponds, with all eyes on the bride. Dramatic rock water features cascade with a steady cadence on the left and right of the stage, framed by an abundance of palms and tropical plants. This inspiring garden space has been designed in an amphitheater style with 3 terraces allowing easy views. With a Eucalyptus forest back drop, The Forest Lily Pond Pavilion is a magnificent, outdoor wedding chapel. While the Lily Pond Pavilion with its garden amphitheater can seat up to 500 guests cinema style, the Forest Banquet hall can accommodate from 200 to 350 guests banquet style.

The Olive Tree Hide is a thatch hall in an enviable position nestled under a grand old indigenous Olive tree growing out of rock boulders that have been there since time began. Typical of a hide in the bush, this wedding venue is private and tucked away, blending seamlessly with its surroundings. A meandering pathway leads through the trees to a rock cascade and a raised wooden deck. It’s a magical and intimate venue situated at the far end of The Lawn Terrace. It can cater for up to 80 guests banquet style. In 2021 our Olive Tree Hide was refurbished and enlarged. A separate bar lounge area and an impressive serving station punctuates the now glamorous, newly marble tiled and upgraded wedding venue. Giant glass windows compel a captivating view into the rich green foliage below the Olive tree canopy, while the hippo rock cascade lulls the senses with gently flowing streams. Welcome drinks and canapes can be served adjacent to the Pot Cascade at the entrance to this captivating venue. The entire hall is surrounded with an abundance of plants – what better way to escape and celebrate your wedding day? Although the Olive Tree Hide sits at the far end of The Lawn Terrace, along the way you will find a majestic Acacia Tree. It’s at this robust African tree that we had chosen to build our Lawn Terrace Chapel, shared with our Peacock Venue, ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies. It’s an outdoor chapel, with sandstone tiles underneath and planter boxes filled with formal lollypops and iceberg roses – dramatic indeed! Pot cascades frame the left and right of the stage and the branch canopy of the Acacia Tree forms the ceiling. If you are looking for a garden wedding, then look no further! Rolling lawns & immaculately landscaped gardens defines this beautiful garden space and at the right time of the year our Jacaranda tree in the middle of The Lawn Terrace scatters an enumerable amount of glorious blue- purple flowers.

We have always wanted to name a wedding room after these serving station. However, we also design bespoke menus considering any unique culinary requirements that you may have.
