Application Form 2021 NORTHERN TERRITORY INDIGENOUS BUSINESS AWARD Aim: For outstanding achievement by an indigenous owned or operated business (by 50% or more) involved in providing products or services in the Northern Territory, interstate and/or overseas, that is exceeding in its field. Overview: The NT Manufacturers Council and the INPEX Ichthys LNG Project – Northern Territory (INPEX) invite you to nominate your business for the prestigious 2021 INPEX Indigenous Business Award, known as the NT Indigenous Business Award. This award is a category of the NT Manufacturing Industry Awards, a Territory-recognised component of the Chief Minister’s NT Export and Industry Awards. Why apply? Nominated companies that achieve the standards determined by the judges will be invited to attend the awards presentation event*. Finalists and winners will receive Territory-wide industry recognition and publicity across selected media. The winner of this category will be announced at the ceremony gala dinner and presented with a framed award and one-year complimentary membership of the Chamber of Commerce NT**. Eligibility: This award is open to all indigenous owned or operated businesses (by 50% or more) that are registered in the Northern Territory or operate under local management. Qualifying entries may consist of indigenous businesses successfully exceeding in its field in providing products or services in the Northern Territory, interstate and/or overseas. Entrants will be sought from any indigenous owned or operated business (by over 50%) that is exceeding in its field in the Northern Territory. Judging: Judges will sign confidentiality and conflict of interest statements prior to evaluating nominations and if required, one or more of the judges may visit the finalist’s premises prior to selecting the overall winner for 2021. How to apply: Complete this application form and submit with minimum two high-res photos and your logo to jbelisse@chambernt.com.au and/or kmorrissey@chambernt.com.au by Wednesday 11 August. Detail technologies or business solutions and how they have improved productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness, and if the business has grown in past 12 months due to these new changes. 2.2 Have you identified future risks, and do you have a business plan for future growth and to manage these risks?
