Entries Entries and accreditation request must be made by the National Federation using the ICF’s online entries system SDP: https://icf.msl.es/icf/icf.jsp For detailed instructions, please check SDP user guide. Any question or issues relating to entries or accreditation should be sent to sdp@canoeicf.com prior to the respective deadline. SDP user guide http://www.canoeicf.com/sites/default/files/nf_userguide_v2.2.pdf According to ICF Wildwater Canoeing rules, each National Federation can enter up to 4 boats per category. NOMINAL ENTRIES DEADLINE: Nominal entries Close: 02/08/2021. Each athlete competing must be entered by name. Team personnel must also be submitted for accreditation at this time. NUMERICAL ENTRIES DEADLINE: Numerical entries close: 29/06/2021. You must submit through SDP the number of athletes you will enter into each event. Please also give indicative numbers for the overall number of athletes and team personnel who will attend the event with your delegation. Entries or accreditation requests sent directly to the committee or the event organiser will NOT be accepted. All nominal entries proposed after the deadline will have to be deal as a late entry and be accepted by the ECA Wildwater Canoeing technical delegate (Manuela GAWEHN) according to ICF Wildwater Canoeing rules. Participation Fee The Participation fee will be charged per each athelete and team official for the Acces Period, 10th - 14th August 2021. The amount of the Participation fee is 100 Euros. The accreditation fee has to be paid in advance by 8thAugust 2021 via bank transfer to make the accreditation process more convenient. How to get to León from Spain ARRIVING BY CAR In private vehicule: In León, the main national communication axes converge, which allows the arrival to the city by private vehicle to be a confortable and simple option. Route Madrid - León by car: 3 hours and 30 minutes (approximately). ARRIVING BY BUS Alsa Route Madrid - León by direct bus : 4 hours (approximately). In Madrid, buses to León stop at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid - Barajas Airport, at the South Bus Station and at the Moncloa Interchange. ARRIVING BY PLANE Air Nostrum Althought the only regular destination server by the León airport is Barcelona, there are occasional seasonal flights to other destinations.
