YOUR MISSION IN
ACTION
On an annual basis, Trinity Oaks offers more than 50 FREE events for people who can receive
incredible intangible benefits from once-in-a-lifetime hunting or fishing experiences. Our outdoor
programs support Purple Heart and live combat veterans, families suffering through the terminal
illness, and underprivileged youth who lack proper mentorship. Monthly, we also process and
distribute over 9,000 pounds of game meat to address food insecurity and hunger in Texas.
Since our humble beginnings in 2007, Trinity Oaks and our incredible volunteers provide programming
for 6,000+ youth and families, 4,000+ veterans and first responders, 300+ Dream Trips for
terminally ill, and while annually processing and distributing tens of thousands of pounds of
game meat throughout Texas that equate to over 500,000 meals served annually.
The awesome things we do take financial contributions from people like you.
By supporting Trinity Oaks, you are personally teaching youth how to properly handle
and respect firearms and hunt, give the dream of a hunt to fulfill the last wish of terminally
ill person, and steward our ranch which hosts most outdoor events for our brave veter-
ans and first responders. You are directly giving the experience to those most in need
of the solace of wild places, compassionate comradely, and upliftment of spirit.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES BECOME A YEAR-LONG SUPPORTER Trinity Oaks sponsorhsip opportunities are optimal means to reach our event attendees - your audience. More importantly, your support makes it possible for us to continue our vital efforts in youth outdoor education, service to our military veterans, providing once-in-a-lifetime wishes to terminally ill, and annually sharing over 100,000 Ib. of meat with those in need. A variety of premium sponsor levels and individual sponsorship opportunities are available to meet any marketing need or budget. PRESENTING SPONSOR: $75,000 EXCLUSIVE 1-YEAR EVENT SPONSORSHIP! This sponsor will be recognized as the “Presenting Sponsor” of all four events. The Presenting Sponsorship is a level reserved for one (1) exclusive sponsor each year. Sponsorship benefits includ- ed all available marketing opportunities plus enhanced advertising benefits, individual signage and banners, upgraded event tables and the opportunity to present a 30-60 second commercial during the annual gala. PLATINUM SPONSOR: $35,000 (TWO AVAILABLE) The Platinum Sponsorship is a premium sponsor level with many marketing, advertising and attendance benefits, unique advertising opportunities, upgraded event tables, and a year-round presence in Trinity Oaks media channels. Platinum Sponsors may also designate sponsorship of one specifiic event aspect: Food & Beverage, Annual Awards (Lt. Paul Silber, Person of the Year, and other appreciation plaques), or Entertainment. GOLD SPONSOR: $15,000 (THREE AVAILABLE) Gold Sponsors have a high presence at our events. These sponsors are recognized during our day of the event, have a presence in all event-related materials and publications, gain access to all group events and enjoy several benefits reserved for the Gold level of sponsorship. SILVER SPONSOR: $5,000 Silver Sponsorship provides its own set of benefits: logo recognition on the Trinity Oaks website, social media, newsletter advertisements, event signage, and printed materials. $19/MONTH DONATION You’ll make the most impact for our recipients when you support them with a monthly gift. As a monthly donor of $19 or more, you will receive a Trinity Oaks fleece blanket as a way to show your support and our way of saying thank you for being a supporter of this organization. CORPORATE SPONSOR Corporate sponsors match employee donations up to any dollar amount. If this amount meets or exceeds $5,000, the company will be featured as a major donor of Trinity Oaks.
