COURSE DESCRIPTION Based on a review of the literature, input from our own eexpert faculty, and analyses from pastt conferences, - nancy; management of labor induction; reducing c-section rates; common gastrointestinall disorders in pregnancy; restoring happiness in clinical practice; management of multiple gestation; obstetrics tragedies in history; electronic fetal heart rate monitoring; and d a host of other topics. Lectures by USC faculty from the Keck School off Medicine and distinguished guestt faculty from the Univ i ersity off Oregon and d University off Mississippi will outline controvers v ies, discuss recent developments, and suggestt recommendations. Participants will havea directt access to the speakers and ample op- portunity for f intensive question and answer post-lecture discussions. TARGET AUDIENCE nurses, nurse midwives w and other allied health professionals.. It is USC’s mission that this educational opportunityt provide participants with objective, evidence-based clinicall content to incorporate into their practices and improve the clinical care and further the well-being off their patients.
