transactions in the corporate sector, real estate, labor law and IP.
Ajay Chaurasia Head of Accounts & Taxation team
Degree in Accounting for Chartered Accountants in 2010 at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has more than 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, direct and indirect taxes, auditing, tax audits,
internal audits and preparation and submission of tax returns and sales tax and services. He previously
worked for a major accounting firm in India and for an IT company.
Anish Tanwar Head of Sales and Business Development team
Holds an MBA in International Marketing in 2008 at Deakin University in Melbourne (Australia). He has
more than 5 years of experience in market research, business development, CRM, sales & marketing. He
previously worked for companies such as NIIT, Simplilearn and QAI Global. He works at Octagona India

Pavan started his career in 2000 with the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce in Mumbai; he worked his way
up from an Executive to Business Manager and continued to do so until 2010 when he shifted base to Pune
to set up his own company. He continued servicing Italian and Indian clients from various sectors (in
particular, through technology-transfer operations and Joint Venture operations).
Ashutosh Kochhar Lean Manufacturing Consultant
Over 9 years of industry expertise in operational and supply chain performance enhancement for business
growth, design and implementation of lean manufacturing systems. Working experience in projects like
Green field, Brown field, Cost reduction, TPM, Efficiency and Throughput improvement. He holds a full-time
master’s degree in operations & supply chain from IIM, Calcutta and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical

Apeksha Mahajan Business Coordinator
