OH, BEHAVE! ● In years past, seniors have engaged in disruptive behavior with potentially dangerous repercussions in the weeks preceding their graduation from Corona. ● Please be advised that any senior who engages in any activities that deface school property, demean or devalue any Corona student, faculty or staff, or disrupt the educational process in any way whatsoever will NOT be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony and will face appropriate disciplinary action. ● Our goal is to provide a graduation ceremony that is both dignified and memorable; your support in attaining that goal is deeply appreciated. If you have any questions, contact Steve Threadgill (Assistant Principal/Academics) in the Front Office at 752-8762.
NOTES TO PARENTS/GUESTS ● Parking is available in Corona del Sol’s Knox and Rural lots. ● General seating is available in the stands on both the home and visitor’s sides of the stadium. ● Tickets are NOT required for general stadium seating; this seating will be handled on a first come, first served basis. ● Corona del Sol does NOT allow saving seats in the stadium. Using signs, tape, blankets, towels, etc. to save stadium seats is prohibited; families wishing to “save seats” must have one “warm body” present for each seat saved.
NOTES TO PARENTS/GUESTS ● Tickets WILL BE required for the limited, reserved accessible (handicapped) seating on the track. Parents can reserve seating online ONLY (email address is required); there is a limit of 2 tickets per graduate’s family--one for the person who requires handicapped seating and a ticket for the person who will be sitting with that family member. The online reservation link will go live on May 6, 2019. Once reserved, parents can pick up their tickets in the Front Office beginning Monday, May 20, 2019. Remember: Limit 2 tickets per graduate’s family. ● Security can transport folks who require assistance from the parking lot to the stadium. ● In order to maintain the dignity of the ceremony, we ask that audience members refrain from using noise making devices while graduates’ names are being read; all parents want to hear their graduate’s name announced—not the blare of an air horn.
Capturing the Moment ● GradImages will be taking each graduate’s picture as he or she crosses the stage. ● GradImages is asking you (the graduate) to fill out the card and drop it off at Mrs. Baker's desk in the Activities office. GradImages will use the information you provide on the card to send you emails as well as the proofs of your commencement photos. ● NOTE: If you pre-register for graduation ceremony photos BEFORE graduation, you will receive a coupon for 20% off your entire order!! ● GradImages will also be available the morning of graduation practice to answer any questions you may have, but if you have questions now, contact Customer Service (800)-261- 2576 or email giservice@gradimages.net or visit the website at www.gradimages.com
