RESIDENT A Resident is defined as one who resides within the town limits and PROGRAM AGE REQUIREMENT pays their land taxes to the Town of Carmel (Carmel, Mahopac, and Mahopac Falls). It is required that your child must be the appropriate age by the start of the program. NON-RESIDENT PLEASE NOTE Non-residents are allowed to register by paying the non-resident fee. The Recreation Department does not confirm program registration by REGISTRATION FOR FALL CLASSES mail, nor can we be responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
