Camper Registration: Campers will pay a non-refundable $50 registration fee due with the Registration Form.
Camp Fees: Camp Fees are due the first day of attendance each week at the time of drop-off. Campers will not be admitted to
camp without payment.

Luke’s Episcopal School as sponsor, its officers, trustees, employees, affiliates and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, damages,

   I authorize St. Luke’s Episcopal School to take whatever emergency medical measures are deemed necessary for the care and protection of my child. I
         understand this may involve transporting my child to a doctor, or to a hospital, or contacting emergency medical personnel for assistance.

CAMP WILDCAT 2019                           Please read all of the information carefully
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
                                                          before registering your camper.

AGE OF CAMPERS: Junior Camp Wildcat - Children who have completed K2-K4 (K3-K5 for 2019-20 school year).
Senior Camp Wildcat - Children who have completed K5 through 5th Grade (1st-6th for 2019-20).

ADDITIONAL FEES:There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee per camper. The registration fee holds your spot at Camp
Wildcat. We will accept registrations in order of date. received. The registration fee covers supplies and field trip admittance fees and onsite activities.
For Senior Campers, a camp T-shirt is included and must be worn on field trip days. Registration forms will be incomplete without the registration fee.
Your child’s spot is not guaranteed without paying the registration fee. Parents may pay the registration fee at our front desk located at 3975 Japonica
Lane mobile, AL 36693

CAMP DATES: May 28-August 2. Camp will be closed July 4th.and 5th

CAMP HOURS: Camp begins daily at 7:30 and ends at 5:30. Parents must sign out campers each day when picked up. Campers may not be dropped
off before 7:30. A late fee of $1 per minute will need to be collected before your child returns to Camp Wildcat.

CAMP TUITION: Camp tuition must be paid on the first day of the week at the time of sign in. If tuition is not paid at the time of drop off, the
camper will not be allowed to stay at camp. If you pay for more days than you attend, we will be unable to issue a refund.

CAMP MEALS: Campers should bring a sack lunch and a snack for the morning and afternoon. No microwavable items are allowed. Campers may
purchase from the snack shack (drinks, snacks, and lunch food.) Snack Shack money must be kept in a labeled ziplock and will be sent home each day.
No money will be kept on campus overnight.

CAMP DRESS: Comfortable play clothes and closed toe shoes are required each day. A towel and a swimsuit will be required on swim days. Please
label all items. Please apply sunscreen before you arrive at camp each day. You may also send in a spray bottle of sunscreen for additional coverage,. No
other type of sunscreen will be applied by camp staff. You are responsible for labeling EVERYTHING that your child(ren) bring to Camp Wildcat. We
will supply a lost and found box at the front entrance.

OFF CAMPUS EVENTS/FIELD TRIPS: A signed parental consent is required for all field trips and off campus events. Please sign the field trip
permission, liability and medical information and release included in the registration packet. Some destinations may require specific waivers. Late
arrivals: Children arriving after camp counselors have taken campers on field trips will not be allowed to stay on campus.

Students without the signed releases and applicable waivers will not be allowed to participate, nor will they be allowed to stay at camp in lieu of
participating in the field trip. In addition to the field trips, senior campers will go to a swim club each week. Junior Campers will not participate in off
campus field trips.

Electronics: Children are not allowed to bring any electronics to Camp Wildcat.

JUNIOR CAMPER
  WEEKLY
INFORMATION                Our Junior Camp is for students in K3-K5 for the 2019-20 school year. Our
                          Junior Campers do not take field trips, but we bring the fun right to them!
                            We set up our age appropriate blow up pool area (Wildcat Waterpark)
                              with bubbles, chalk, and unlimited fun! We also have a waterslide
                          available as well as scheduled guests! We offer enrichment classes daily.
                            The children will participate in our Lil Music Makers, Art and Creation
                                 Station, Science, Library, Legos, playground, gymnasium, etc.

Below is a guide of weekly themes that we will offer the Junior Campers. Themes and plans are subject
                                             to change.

Week 1 (5/28-6/1): “SUPER SUMMER KICKOFF” - We are ready for a “SUPER” summer! Be ready because
we will be doing lots of SUPER fun activities. Just like any good Superhero, we will pass fitness tests,
play superhero games, read superhero stories, go on missions, learn about fingerprinting, and collect
clues. Superhero masks and capes are encouraged, but not required. Don’t forget to label everything!

Week 2 (6/3-6/7): “MAD SCIENTISTS” - Whoever said science wasn’t fun? Science is all around us and
Camp Wildcat will be experimenting and making things that even Einstein didn’t think of! STEM
activities, projects, and movement will be a HIT this week with our Juniors.

Week 3 (6/10-6/14): “GONE CAMPING” - What are some of the things you think about when you think
about camping? Smores, tents, nature, BUGS, We will play outdoor games, go on scavenger hunts, make
nature crafts, and construct tents. It can’t get more real than this!

Week 4 (6/17-6/21): “POLYNESIAN PARADISE” - Come dive into week 4 and think ALL things ocean & ALL
things Hawaiian. We will play Hawaiian games and beach relays, make Hawaiian crafts, hula dance,
coconut bowl, hula hoop, learn about different ocean creatures, and erupt volcanoes! Come take a “bite”
and see what “Polynesian Paradise” is all about! It will be “JAWSOME!”
Junior Campers

Week 5 (6/24-6/28): “FABULOUS FAIRY TALES”- Week 5 will be marvelous! We will go to many magical
and imaginary lands and be everything from princesses to pirates, unicorns, mermaids, and all things
Disney! We will make marvelous crafts and play mythical games. Be prepared to feel like you are in
Never=Neverland! Feel free to wear fairy tale attire (as long as it is potty friendly and labeled!)

Week 6 (7/1–7/3): “IT’s A PARTY IN the USA” - Our Campers will celebrate all things U.S. OF A! We will
have army relays, make patriotic art, perform patriotic science experiments, and learn more about our
fabulous country! It’s time to celebrate the Land of the free and the Home of the Brave! Think RED,
WHITE, BLUE AND YOU! (prorated $100 for week)

Week 7 (7/8-7/12): “COWBOY V. ALIENS” - This week will be out of this world! We will have fun being
cowboys and cowgirls as we play farm games and farm activities such as: milking cows, making butter,
planting crops, and corralling pigs! We will also have astronaut races, learn about the solar system,
and throw unidentified flying objects!

Week 8 (7/15-7/19): “RAINFOREST ADVENTURELAND” - Be ready for a WET week of water games that
originated in the rainforest. (IF you make it through the crocodile alley obstacle course!) Be ready for
jungle yoga and lots of “WATER” activities.

Week 9 (7/22-7/26): “CAMP FACTOR” - Camp Wildcat Campers will become future olympians! We will
have a BLAST learning about other countries and cultures as we participate in some age appropriate
challenges. We will have field sports, water sports, and races. We will learn about sportsmanship,
fitness and try new challenges. You even MIGHT win a medal! Be prepared for Camp Wildcat
challenges, games and relays!

Week 10 (7/29-8/2): “CAMP WILDCAT HAS TALENT” - We will roll out the red carpet so that Camp Wildcat
SHINES! We will rehearse and get ready for any talent that you want to perform. Campers will have
designated days of the week to dress as their favorite movie star, musician/singer, athlete, and character.
Dressing up is encouraged, but not required. We will make crafts and play games that would make any
celebrity envious! We can’t wait to present “Camp Wildcat Has Talent”! Drum Roll, please!

Senior CAMPER
   WEEKLY                          Our Senior Camp is for students in rising 1st grade - rising 6th
 INFORMATION                        grade for the 2019-20 school year. Our Senior Campers will
                                    enjoy weekly field trips, weekly swimming, daily enrichment
                                   classes, waterslides, field sports, gymnasium, playground, and
                                                           SO MUCH MORE!

                           Below is a brief description of themes for Senior Campers.

           Additional information will be announced soon. Themes and plans are subject to change.

 Week 1 (5/28-6/1) - “SUPER SUMMER KICKOFF ” - We are ready for a SUPER summer with YOU! We will pass
 super hero fitness tests, play super hero themed games, find out what our real powers are, and we will go on
 a secret mission to learn about forensics and discover clues with fingerprinting, uncover codes, get creative
 with invisible ink and MUCH MORE. Only CAMP WILDCAT detectives can solve this mystery! Feel free to dress
 as your favorite superhero each day!

 Week 2 (6/3-6/7) - “MAD SCIENTISTS” - Whoever said science wasn’t fun? Science is all around us and Camp

 fun and entertainment!

 Week 4 (6/17-6/21) -“POLYNESIA PARADISE" - Come dive into week 4 with us! You will dream that you are in
 Hawaii when you think of luaus, the ocean, sharks, and limbo. We will play Hawaiian themed games and
 beach relays, hula dance, hula hoop, learn about different ocean creatures and “erupt”with science
 experiments. Try NOT to become shark bait! Come take a “bite” and see what “Polynesian Paradise” is all
 about! It will be “JAWSOME”
Senior CAMPERS

Week 5 (6/24-6/28) - “FABULOUS FAIRYTALES” - Week 5 will be magical! We will go to many mythical and
imaginary lands and be everything except who we really are.! We will play legendary games, cast imaginary
spells, make magical potions, play mythical trivia, and MORE. Be prepared to feel like .you are in
Never=Neverland! Feel free to dress like you are in another land!

Week 6 (7/1-7/3) - “PARTY IN THE USA” - Our Campers will celebrate all things U.S. OF A! We will have army relays,
patriotic science experiments,, and learn more about our fabulous country! It’s time to celebrate the land of the
free and the home of the brave! . Think: Red, White, Blue AND YOU! (prorated$100)

Week 7 (7/8-7/12) - “COWBOY v. ALEINS” - Week 7 will be out of this world! We will have fun being cowboys/
girls by getting down and dirty on the farm! We will play games likes cops and robbers, partake in cowboy yoga,
and play farm-tactic games! We will also become aliens as we learn about the solar system, have astronaut
races, throw unidentified flying objects, play cowboy v. aliens, and MUCH MORE! Extraterrestrial life originates at
Camp Wildcat!

Week 8 (7/15-7/19) - “RAINFOREST ADVENTURELAND” - Get ready for a WET week of water games that originated
