TECHNICAL PROGRAM INFORMATION The 2018 Technical Program features more than 1,080 quality SPECIAL GLOBAL SESSION presentations in 151 diverse sessions, including 10 special • Southern Gulf of Mexico and Latin America sessions and one special global session. NEW THIS YEAR Geoscience professionals from all geophysical disciplines A new hot Technical Program topic for SEG18, Machine and all parts of the world are represented and will share the Learning and Data Analytics for E&P, will be highlighted with latest case histories, technological advancements, and sessions on: research discoveries. • Classification for Interpretation The Technical Program will begin on Monday at 1:50 PM, following the SEG Opening Session and Presidential Address. Uses of the Machine Learning approach for automatic Oral sessions and poster sessions will run through Thursday interpretation or as an aid to interpretation of geological at noon.
