What should I do if I forgot my user name, password or am having trouble logging into my Infinite Campus account? First, use the Help options found on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal login page. A link to that portal is https://mononagrovewi.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/mononagrove.jsp. Please note there are options for “Forgot your password” and “Forgot your username” in this area. If those options don’t work for you, please fill out the Infinite Campus Portal Help Request form. A link to that form is http://www.mononagrove.org/family/icportalhelpform.cfm. How to Log into An Activated Portal Account 1. Go to: https://mononagrovewi.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/mononagrove.jsp 2. From the portal login screen, enter your Username and Password. 3. Click the Login button. This will bring the user to the main portal page where district and school notices are listed. 4. Select the student’s name you are registering. 5. Click the Course Registration option from the navigation pane on the left of the screen. How to Request Courses-Please note: You must register your students for courses based on the grade they are in now (for the 2017-2018 school year). 1. On the top left hand side, click on Course Registration: 17-18 Summer “Building Name” School. If you have multiple MGSD students in your household you will need to select for the student you are currently registering. 2. Click the Course Search link. A search screen will appear. The easiest way to search is to just click the “GO” button with no search criteria entered. If you hit go, all available courses will appear. 3. All course names will appear to the right. All course offerings are tentative based on enrollment and teaching staff. Continued on the next page...
4. Courses also can be searched by the course name or by the course number. Enter either the Course Name (i.e., Acting Up for Taylor Prairie) or Course Number (i.e., X500). Please select only courses for the grade your child just finished for the 2017-2018 school year. NO EXCEPTIONS. Click on any course listed to view the full course description. To request this course as part of the schedule for Summer School, click “Request this course button.” Courses can also be requested as “Alternates.” 5. Pick at least 2-4 courses as alternates. The alternate courses will be placed on the schedule if your first choice courses were full. Do not select the same course for all slots, as the system could place you in the same course for all time slots. The system will work with all of the requests to create the best schedule for each child based on the request made and the hours that fit the request. 6. When finished requesting courses, click the Print Request Summary option to print a report of the courses that were requested. Please Note: The courses you request may not be your final schedule. Your final schedule and fee invoice will be available approximately one week after registration ends; or watch for an email from Infinite Campus when your schedule and fees are ready on the portal (MGHS will end on June 11th). All course offerings are tentative based on enrollment and teaching staff. Please note that the system automatically saves your schedule request when you sign out. While scheduling, if you request a course and want to delete it, click on the course name on left and select “Drop this Request” button. A full schedule is four classes. We hope that students and families will take advantage of our summer school offerings and take a full schedule. However, there is an option to not take a first or a last period class or not to take a first and second period class or a third and fourth period class. Please make sure you request the appropriate codes; they are as follows: No First Period Course (X1700), No Last Period Course (X1701), No First & Second Period (X1702) or No Third & Fourth Period (X1703). Any changes will need to happen manually. If a change needs to happen please contact Maureen Lehmann at maureen.lehmann@mgschools.net or by phone at 316-1914 or Amy Kersten at amy.kersten@mgschools.net or by phone at 316-1906. It is very important that you contact Maureen or Amy if your child will not be attending Summer School classes after registering, so they can make the necessary changes. We want to be able to open up those spots to other students. Fees are due by Friday, June 8th, 2017. Do you have general Summer School Questions?
