Jennifer is the go-to colourist and her
passion and skill set are enviable in the
hairdressing community. Her technical
expertise and precision with colour

Cancellation Policy
A deposit of $50 will be charged per participant when you make the initial booking.
A confirmation email will be sent to the participant approximately 14 days prior to
the seminar taking place & a reminder SMS will be sent in the week leading up to the
seminar date.
Cancellations and changes can take place prior to 14 days before the seminar date
via salontechnicalhotline@henkel.com only. Cancellations cannot be accepted by
your local Schwarzkopf Professional Representative. Cancellations within 14 days of
the seminar date will forfeit the initial $50 deposit, however, staff substitutions can be
