Young Middle Magnet School Volume 2, Issue 2 Dear Young Middle Magnet Families, I am so excited to welcome everyone back to the 2021-2022 school year. We are super excited to have all our students in the building, filling it with excitement, joy, and significant learning. Our vision is to prepare our students to become global citizens through an innovative STEM approach to learning. We strive daily to become a premier STEM Academy where STEM is integrated in all that we do and present to our students. As global citizens we expect our students to embody the tenants of global citizenship which are: diversity, equity, empathy, justice, advocacy, belonging, collectivism, peace, and abundance. By paying attention to these tenants and encouraging academic excellence, we will prepare our students to compete on the local, national, and global stage in middle school and beyond. Our educators are committed to using the best practices in education to provide an enriching, exciting hands-on experience for all learners. Throughout the year, please visit our website. We provide valuable and updated information for your review. All emails and Parentlink messages sent will also be posted to our website.
