What can we say? One thing we really like about what we do is the creativity. We
agree it’s truly pleasurable to create, imagine and put things together. There’s no
question we need to work with our brains, but in such a fun way. No doubt it’s the
part we love the most.
Another thing science shows us is that our level of creativity and our mood are linked.
We have all heard that being positive is good for us and that happiness is the best
emotion for creative thinking. This suggests we don’t just need to be in a positive
mood to harness our creativity – we need positive energy.
Each one of us, the ADAMA team and the people around us, have had to find a lot of
positive energy during the last few months, not only to maintain our healthy routine
and everyday life, but also to CREATE.

¿Qué podemos decir? Un factor que realmente nos gusta de lo que hacemos es la
creatividad. Pensamos que es realmente placentero imaginar y crear. No hay duda en
que trabajamos con nuestro cerebro, pero de una manera divertida. Verdaderamente
es la parte que más amamos.
La ciencia nos enseña que nuestro nivel de creatividad y nuestro estado de ánimo
están relacionados.
Todos hemos escuchado en alguna ocasión que ser positivo es bueno para nosotros
y que la felicidad es la emoción más favorable para el pensamiento creativo. Esto
sugiere que no solo necesitamos tener un estado de ánimo positivo para aprovechar
nuestra creatividad- necesitamos energía positiva.
Cada uno de nosotros, el equipo de ADAMÁ y las personas que nos rodean, hemos
tenido que encontrar mucha energía positiva durante los últimos meses, no solo para

Sometimes all it takes is a few positive quotes or words of encouragement to
immediately turn someone’s day around.
This collection of inspirational words and symbols was born while we were thinking
about ways to inspire our clients during these unstable, strange days, weeks and
months amid the uncertainties related to almost every aspect of our lives. COVID-19
has led us all to change our routines and face new norms and behaviors. For many of
us, this epoch is not simple.
For your well-being and our own, we decided to take a moment to deliver a positive
message.
We hope it lifts your spirits as it did ours.
En ocasiones bastan unas pocas palabras de ánimo para dar la vuelta a un mal día.
