•   7:30 departure of shuttle from Olympiaword (Eingang/ Entrance „MITTE“)
•   Start :       10:00 – Male category +35 & +45
                  10:10 – All others categories
•   Siegerehrung: ca. 13:00 im Ziel area / Award ceremony: approx. 1.00 p.m. in Arrival Area

•   6 pm : Award ceremony for +45 (M&W) at Master Village/ Maria Theresien Straße INNSBRUCK

•   Startnummernausgabe: | Distribution starting numbers: You are keeping the bibs from VR, for others
    distribution in Race Office/ Praxmar from 8:00 – 9:00
• Startnummer bitte auf dem LINKEN Oberschenkel befestigen. | please attach the number to the
  LEFT thigh.

Organisatorisches | Organisational matters

• Limited parking at start -> when full parking in street + shuttle to start
• Startzone: ist nur von hinten durch den Korridor begehbar, wir registrieren zur Sicherheit jede
  Nummer + LVS Check. | Start zone: can only be walked from behind through the corridor, we register
  every number for safety and control DVA – 15 minutes before the start

    • Rennaufgabe: bitte beim nächsten Streckenposten melden! Eine unnötige Suchaktion muss in
      Rechnung gestellt werden! | Give-up the race: please report to the next route post! An
      unnecessary search has to be charged!

    • Rucksackaufbewahrung im Race Office/ Back drop in Race Office

Ausrüstung | Equipment

     • Laut ISMF Regeln sind LVS, Schaufel, Sonde mitzuführen| According ISMF rules including all safety equipment –
       DVA, Showel, Probe,
     • Verpflichtende Ergänzungen/ Compulsory Supplementary :
         • Zusatzschicht Jacke/ additional layer = upper body clothing (4th layer)
         • Ersatzhandschuhe/ second gloves
         • Mütze oder Stirnband/ head cap or head band
         Je nach Wetter kann das Tragen einer zusätzlichen Schicht vor oder während dem Rennen verlangt werden|
         According weather condition you can be asked to wear an additional layer before or during the race

 • Gewichtsgrenze für Ski & Schuhe nach dem ISMF-Reglement | Minimal weight for skis and boots
   according to ISMF regulations
     ➢ Ski mit Bindung | ski and binding:
        − Herren: mind. 750 Gramm | men: minimum 750 gram
        − Damen: 700 Gramm | women: 700 gram
     ➢ Schuhe | boots:
        − Herren: 500 Gramm | men: 500 gram
        − Damen: 450 Gramm | women: 450 gram

Strecke | Track
 • Höhendifferenz | Difference in altitude:
     • 1785 hm for Men categories + 35 & +45
     • 1105 hm for all others categories
 • Special warnings:
     •   Please follow closely the flags track as the visibility could be low
     •   In 1st downhill: on the top part some small rocks are hidden in the snow
     •   2nd downhill : lot of mogles and crossing forest roads
     •   Footpart in 2nd uphill , without crampons
     •   Hard snow and low temperature, expecting 5-10cm fresh snow

     • Men Category +35 & +45 : are continuing after 2nd descent into a 2nd (shortened) loop.
